Se vam zdi, da to dvoje nikakor ne gre skupaj? Nasprotno! Ravno gledanje televizije lahko spremenite v \u010das za zdravju zelo koristne vaje. Seveda, pred televizijo lahko naredite ves fitnes program, a tokrat govorimo o vajah, ki vam omogo\u010dajo, da ostanete spro\u0161\u010dene in hkrati stoodstotno sledite filmu, priljubljeni seriji ali poro\u010dilom.<\/p>\n<h2>Keglove vaje<\/h2>\n<p>Slovenski ginekolog in porodni\u010dar as. dr. Leon Megli\u010d opozarja, da keglove vaje izvaja le 20 odstotkov \u017eensk, ki obi\u0161\u010dejo njegovo ordinacijo. \u0160tevilka bi utegnila biti v resnici \u0161e manj\u0161a. Vendar pa jo je treba izvajati redno in dosledno. \u010ce vam za obrazno jogo zmanjkuje \u010dasa ali volje v jutranji rutini, jo umestite v \u010das med gledanjem svoje najljub\u0161e serije ali filma. Tako boste brez slabe vesti pre\u017eivele \u010das na kav\u010du in hkrati pomladile svoj videz.
