Nekatere so bolj, druge manj bole\u010de, vendar vsaka izguba pu\u0161\u010da dolo\u010den pe\u010dat. Izgubimo lahko ljubljeno osebo in kadar je ta izguba nepri\u010dakovana je lahko ena tistih, ki najbolj globoko zare\u017ee v srce. Soo\u010damo se lahko z izgubo dela, partnerja, dolo\u010dene vloge v \u017eivljenju, z izgubo telesnih ali umskih sposobnosti, z izgubo sre\u010de, zdravja, ljubezni, izgubo doma, varnosti, svobode, in \u0161e in \u0161e. Katera od teh izgub je najusodnej\u0161a in kako se z izgubo soo\u010diti? Na to vpra\u0161anje verjetno lahko vsak od nas odgovori druga\u010de.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Izgube do\u017eivljamo razli\u010dno<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ljudje izgube do\u017eivljamo razli\u010dno. Nekateri smo bolj drugi manj \u010dustveni in nekatere izgube nas prizadenejo bolj kot druge. Kako mo\u010dno bo izguba vplivala na nas je odvisno od tega ali je bila izguba nenadna in nepri\u010dakovana, ali je z njo povezan na\u0161 obstoj in kaj vse smo z izgubo resni\u010dno izgubili. Odvisno je tudi od na\u0161e socialne podpore in okolja v katerem se nahajamo, na\u0161e \u010dustvene stabilnosti, osebnostne strukture in \u0161e od \u0161tevilnih drugih dejavnikov.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kako se z izgubo soo\u010diti?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pomembno je vedeti, da \u017eivljenje te\u010de, vedno je teklo in vedno bo teklo. Stvari, ljudje, dogodki, slu\u017ebe, vloge, telesa in vse kar obstaja na na\u0161em planetu je minljivo. Vse se spreminja, vse se rodi, \u017eivi in umre. Ko se sprijaznimo s tokom \u017eivljenja, la\u017eje sprejmemo smrt in la\u017eje razumemo vsakr\u0161ne izgube. Le hvale\u017eni so, \u017eivijo in sprejemajo, kar jim podarja \u017eivljenje. Za tak\u0161no dojemanje sveta in bivanja na njem, je potrebna veli\u010dina uma in srca.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Podpora ljubljenih oseb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ko se soo\u010damo z izgubo, nam lahko zelo pomaga bli\u017eina ljudi, ki nas imajo radi, nam znajo prisluhniti in biti ob nas. Takrat ne potrebujemo veliko, le dru\u017ebo nekoga, da se ne po\u010dutimo osamljene. Potrebujemo \u010das, da dojamemo kaj ali koga smo izgubili in s\u010dasoma se lahko ponovno pogovarjamo, la\u017eje dihamo, se tu in tam resni\u010dno in iz srca nasmehnemo, povrne se na\u0161 apetit in \u017eelja po \u017eivljenju. Po\u010dasi lezemo iz teme \u017ealovanja v svet barv in son\u010dnega \u017eivljenja. Vendar za to potrebujemo \u010das in ta \u010das si lahko vzamemo brez kakr\u0161nekoli slabe vesti. Pripada nam \u010das \u017ealovanja, saj bomo zaradi njega la\u017eje ponovno za\u017eiveli.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tehnike in pristopi za la\u017eje prebolevanje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pomembno je, da smo v okolju, kjer nam je \u017ealovanje dovoljeno, da se po\u010dutimo varne, sprejete, da lahko na razli\u010dne na\u010dine izra\u017eamo svojo \u017ealost, npr. skozi pogovor, pisanje, umetnost, gibanje, risanje, ples, poslu\u0161anje glasbe, itd. Prav tako je priporo\u010dljivo, da za nekaj \u010dasa odstranimo iz vsakdana nepotrebne stresorje, saj je lahko \u017ee sama izguba za nas dovolj stresen dogodek. Priporo\u010dljivo je da se dovolj gibamo, smo v naravi, dovolj spimo, se zdravo prehranjujemo in po\u010dnemo stvari, ki nas osre\u010dujejo. Vse to bo deloma pripomoglo k na\u0161emu bolj\u0161emu psihofizi\u010dnemu po\u010dutju. Po potrebi lahko poskusimo tudi z razli\u010dnimi terapijami in strokovno pomo\u010djo, obiski podpornih skupin, s sprostitvenimi tehnikami, \u0161portnimi aktivnostmi, branjem vzpodbudnih knjig, nekaterim pomaga sprememba okolja, npr. potovanje ali preselitev, itd. Pomembno je torej, da se po\u010dutimo bolje in da bole\u010dina po\u010dasi popu\u0161\u010da, hkrati pa je priporo\u010dljivo, da se izguba predela in ne le potla\u010di. Potla\u010dena \u017ealost in psihi\u010dna bole\u010dina se namre\u010d lahko kasneje izrazita skozi pretirano uporabo obrambnih mehanizmov, kar lahko vodi v razli\u010dne psiholo\u0161ke bolezni.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u017diveti v trenutku in biti hvale\u017een\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prav zaradi minljivosti \u017eivljenja, ki je hkrati lepa, krhka in tudi bole\u010da, je potrebno, da smo zahvalni za vsak trenutek na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja. Pogosto se ob izgubi zavemo, kako minljive so stvari in ljudje in takrat spoznamo, kako pomembno je, da smo prisotni v trenutku, da ljudem poka\u017eemo in povemo, kako zelo jih imamo radi, da izra\u017eamo hvale\u017enost za najve\u010dji dar, imenovan \u017eivljenje. Da znamo zau\u017eiti vsak vdih, prisluhniti vsakemu sr\u010dnemu utripu, okusiti vsak poljub, za\u010dutiti vsak dotik in objem, se veseliti vsakega nasmeha in zaznati ter vrniti vsak pogled, ki nam je namenjen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ve\u010d \u017eiveti in manj na\u010drtovati!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u0161e\u010d so mi besede Iva Andri\u0107a, s katerimi opisuje \u010dar in lepoto \u017eivljenja: \u00bb Nikoli ne na\u010drtujem, samo \u017eivim to \u017eivljenje.
