Visoko beljakovinske diete \u0161kodujejo ljudem, ki imajo te\u017eave z ledvicami in te\u017eje odvajajo se\u010dnino. Iz tega neuki novinarji in samooklicani prehranski strokovnjaki povzemajo, da so beljakovine \u0161kodljive tudi za zdravo populacijo, kar je velik nesmisel. V svojo prehrano morate vklju\u010diti dovolj beljakovin, predvsem \u010de se ukvarjate s \u0161portom. To pomeni, da je iz vidika huj\u0161anja popolnoma vseeno, ali pojeste enako koli\u010dino belega ali polnozrnatega kruha. Res pa je, da se po zau\u017eitju belega kruha nivo sladkorja v krvi hitro dvigne in prav tako hitro pade, mi pa smo zopet la\u010dni. Iz tega vidika je polnozrnat kruh bolj priporo\u010dljiv.
