Pa je meso res krivec za nabiranje kilogramov? Vendar pri pravilni izbiri mesa ni strahu, da bi se zredili. Kalori\u010dna vrednost je posledica visoke vsebnosti beljakovin v mesu, ki ne redijo. \u0160e posebej pri huj\u0161anju je potreben vi\u0161ji vnos beljakovin. Z njimi nahranimo mi\u0161ice in prepre\u010dimo, da bi huj\u0161ali na ra\u010dun izgubljanja mi\u0161i\u010dne mase namesto ma\u0161\u010dobnega tkiva. Dokaz za to so tudi <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gorilla-labs.eu\/produkti\/7-gorilla-labs-casein-cherryyogurth.html?sid=rr8k9fmsfo7c2kqmrv3pqhl6j3\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">beljakovinski napitki<\/span><\/a><\/span>, ki jih v specializiranih trgovinah s \u0161portno prehrano prodajajo kot nadomestke obroka. Vidimo, da so sestavljeni iz visokega dele\u017ea beljakovin in le malo ogljikovih hidratov ter ma\u0161\u010dob. Z njimi v telo vnesemo potrebne beljakovine in si privo\u0161\u010dimo nizkokalori\u010den obrok.<\/p>\n<h2>Katero meso izbrati?<\/h2>\n<p>Pri izbiri moramo biti pozorni na vsebnost ma\u0161\u010dobe v mesu. Najpogostej\u0161a izbira pustega mesa so pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja in puranja prsa brez ko\u017ee. Kljub temu se ni potrebno odpovedati rde\u010demu mesu. Dobra izbira so goveji zrezki iz stegna in ledvenega predela ter plju\u010dna pe\u010denka. Privo\u0161\u010dimo si lahko tudi konjske oziroma \u017erebi\u010dkove zrezke. Pri svinjini izberemo svinjsko ribico, pri kun\u010djem mesu pa zadnja stegna in spodnji hrbet. \u010ce smo v dvomih, kateri del naj izberemo, si lahko pomagamo s<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenim.se\/zivila.php\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">tabelo hranilnih vrednosti<\/span><\/a><\/span> in preverimo vsebnost ma\u0161\u010dob.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pozabimo na ribe, ki so pomemben vir omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin. To so esencialne ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki se jim na dieti ne smemo izogibati. Ribe pogosto vklju\u010dimo v svoj jedilnik.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cemu se izogibati?<\/h2>\n<p>Izogibati se moramo vsem predelanim mesnim produktom. To so izdelki iz mletega mesa, salame, hrenovke, pa\u0161tete, koketi in podobno. Na vseh teh izdelkih je pod sestavinami naveden le dele\u017e in ne vrsta mesa. Razlog je v tem, da proizvajalci v predelane in cenene mesne izdelke skrijejo marsikaj, predvsem mesne ostanke. To so ma\u0161\u010dobe, hrustanec, kite, drobovina, majhne kosti, ko\u017ea, nohti in podobno. Vse skupaj zmeljejo v homogeno maso, tako da potro\u0161nik ne vidi, kaj vsebuje proizvod. Dodaten problem je v dodajanju umetnih aditivov, zaradi katerih ima izdelek dober okus, prijeten vonj, lepo barvo in dolgotrajno obstojnost. Na Zvezi potro\u0161nikov Slovenije so pod drobnogled vzeli razli\u010dne pa\u0161tete in objavili izsledke raziskave na svoji <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zps.si\/za-medije\/izjave-za-javnost-2012\/pastete-bogate-z-mascobo-revne-z-beljakovinami.html?Itemid=713\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">spletni strani<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Kako pripraviti meso?<\/h2>\n<p>Kljub pravilni izbiri mesa, lahko ves trud uni\u010dimo z nepravilno pripravo. Takoj moramo pozabiti na cvrtje in pohanje. Meso raje pripravimo tako, da v primerno ponev kanemo nekaj kapljic olja in jih razma\u017eemo s papirnatim prti\u010dkom po povr\u0161ini ponve. Nato meso spe\u010demo. Zraven si lahko pripravimo velike koli\u010dine zelenjave, najbolje sve\u017ee, da \u010dimbolj izkoristimo vitamine in minerale v njej. Seveda jo lahko tudi skuhamo, pope\u010demo ali si naredimo omako, v katero nikakor ne dodajamo ma\u0161\u010dob, ju\u0161ne kocke in sladke ali kisle smetane. Le-to lahko uspe\u0161no nadomestimo s pusto skuto, ki bo dodala \u0161e nekaj beljakovin v na\u0161 obrok. Pri uporabi sve\u017eih ali posu\u0161enih za\u010dimb pustimo domi\u0161ljiji prosto pot.
