(PhotoXpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Trebu\u0161njaki naj bi sicer bili najbolj u\u010dinkovita <strong>vaja za trebuh<\/strong>, vendar temu v resnici ni tako, saj obstaja mno\u017eica drugih vaj, ki so bolj u\u010dinkovite in tudi bolj prijazne do hrbtenice. S temi \u0161tirimi preprostimi <strong>vajami za trebuh<\/strong> boste brez te\u017eav odpravile ma\u0161\u010dobne obloge in utrdile trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<h2>1. vaja za trebuh<\/h2>\n<p>Po\u010depni in ob svojem desnem boku z iztegnjenimi rokami dr\u017ei \u017eogo ali ute\u017e. Za\u010dni se dvigati in hkrati s stegnjenimi rokami \u017eogo oziroma ute\u017e prena\u0161ati predse in nad svojo levo ramo &#8211; tam je kon\u010dna to\u010dka rok, ki jo dose\u017ei v trenutku, ko so tvoje noge povsem zravnane. Vrni se nazaj v po\u010dep in tudi roke vrni nazaj k desnemu boku. Po dokon\u010dani seriji, zamenjaj stran in ponovi vajo.<\/p>\n<h2>2. vaja za trebuh<\/h2>\n<p>V desni roki dr\u017ei ute\u017e in jo s stegnjeno roko dvigni nad glavo, pri tem pa naj bo komolec \u010dim bli\u017eje u\u0161esu. Z levo nogo stopi naprej v izpadni korak, in se nato odrini v prvotni polo\u017eaj ter ves \u010das dr\u017ei roko v zraku. Roko nato spusti v prvotni polo\u017eaj.
