Dobro je, da nam je \u017eivljenje v izziv, da je za\u010dinjeno, nas \u017eene naprej in da stopamo iz \u00bbcone udobja\u00ab. Na tak na\u010din lahko rastemo, se razvijamo kot oseba in posledi\u010dno smo pogosto bolj uspe\u0161ni in tudi zadovoljnej\u0161i sami s seboj. Seveda so v \u017eivljenju tudi obdobja, ko smo na mestu, ko smo v coni udobja in u\u017eivamo na to\u010dki, kjer se nahajamo. To so obdobja, ko u\u017eivamo v varnosti, miru, rutini in ustaljenosti. S tak\u0161nimi obdobji in na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja ni ni\u010d narobe. Dobro pa je, da je na\u0161e \u017eivljenje in mi samo v harmoniji, torej, da poskrbimo tako za umirjena kot drznej\u0161a in bolj avanturisti\u010dna obdobja.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tisto, \u010desar si \u017eeli\u0161, vendar te je strah, je verjetno vredno storiti!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tako je, ne\u010desa si \u017eeli\u0161, vendar te je lahko na smrt strah poskusiti. Opazuj svoje misli, zapi\u0161i jih na list papirja (najbolje na levo stran). Najprej jih skrbno preberi in preu\u010di. Verjetno se ti bodo zdele zanimive ali celo nekoliko bizarne in sme\u0161ne. Sedaj pa ob te misli, na desno stran, napi\u0161i nove misli. To stori\u0161 tako, da stare preoblikuje\u0161 na na\u010din, da se ob novih po\u010duti\u0161 bolje, \u010de nanje pomisli\u0161 (npr. \u00bbStrah me je, da bom neuspe\u0161na.\u00ab lahko preoblikuje\u0161 v \u00bbVeselim se novega izziva in nove izku\u0161nje. \u017de s tem, ko poskusim, se po\u010dutim kot lastna zmagovalka. Bogatej\u0161a bom za novo izku\u0161njo. Va\u017ena je pot, ne le cilj.\u00ab itd.). Spodbujamo jih, da obudijo aktivnosti, ki so jih iz razli\u010dnih razlogov opustili. Pogosto to ni lahko, a ko to vendarle storijo, je kakor da bi preplezali najvi\u0161jo goro sveta. Seveda, v samem bistvu \u00bbpreplezajo sami sebe\u00ab in svoja omejujo\u010da prepri\u010danja. Slednja pogosto nastanejo \u017ee v na\u0161em otro\u0161tvu in so v nas tako globoko zakoreninjena, da se jih obi\u010dajno ne zavedamo. Vplivajo lahko na na\u0161 celoten \u00bbscenarij in potek \u017eivljenja\u00ab in na na\u0161e delovanje ter vedenje. Ko ozavestimo, preoblikujemo, predelamo in opustimo bazi\u010dna prepri\u010danja, hkrati preoblikujemo cikel na\u0161ih misli, vedenj, in \u010dustev povezanih s tem prepri\u010danjem. Na nek na\u010din se osvobodimo in la\u017eje nadaljujemo v smeri, ki nas resni\u010dno osre\u010duje.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ohranjaj otro\u0161kost, ohranjaj mladost\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ljudje, ki si dovolijo vse svoje \u017eivljenje preizku\u0161ati nove stvari, delati nove napake, izku\u0161ati nova do\u017eivetja, so ljudje, ki se ves \u010das u\u010dijo, ljudje katerih srce in du\u0161a se nikdar ne postarata, ki ves \u010das rastejo ter se razvijajo. Tak\u0161ni ljudje lahko dajejo, saj imajo \u010desa dati, predvsem veliko svoje radosti in polnosti, ki ne izvira zgolj iz materialnih dobrin, ki so jih skozi leta nabrali, temve\u010d iz zakladov, ki jih je do\u017eivela njihova du\u0161a in izkusilo njihovo telo. Tak\u0161ni ljudje so najbolj bogati, in znajo tudi sprejemati in biti hvale\u017eni. Ve\u010dno ostajajo \u00bbotroci\u00ab znotraj sebe, a hkrati odgovorni in svobodni. Kar poglej otroke: ti ves \u010das preizku\u0161ajo, padajo, se vstajajo, ponovno posku\u0161ajo, delajo napake: \u00bbPa kaj, saj jih je zabavno delati, mar ne?\u00ab, se u\u010dijo, rastejo in se radostijo.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u0161ni ljudje so najbolj ustvarjalni in pogosto tudi najbolj uspe\u0161ni. Svojo ustvarjalnost lahko \u010drpajo iz globin vseh bogatih izku\u0161enj, za katere si dovolijo, da jih tekom \u017eivljenja izku\u0161ajo. Tak\u0161ni ljudje so zelo \u017eivi in ne \u00bbspijo\u00ab. Nekako izstopajo iz mno\u017eice in so zelo son\u010dni ljudje. Seveda, saj niso pod vplivom prepri\u010danj, ki nam jih obi\u010dajno \u017eeli vcepiti okolica. So hkrati tudi zelo stabilne in mo\u010dne osebnosti. Ob njih je vedno \u017eivo, zabavno in igrivo. Vsak od nas ima potencial, da ja tak\u0161na oseba. Vsak od nas je tukaj z nekim namenom, da \u017eivi sebe in vse svoje potenciale.<\/p>\n<p>Pogumno ple\u0161i po tem svetu, pusti si izku\u0161ati, poj svojo pesem, barvaj svoj svet. Ostajaj radostna in ohranjaj \u017eivljenje znotraj sebe. Ko se poka\u017eejo dvomi, jih lahkotno presko\u010di, \u010de je potrebno pa jih vztrajno presegaj. Od za\u010detka bo morda te\u017eje, vendar bo s\u010dasoma postalo la\u017eje in pogum ter spontanost bosta postala tvoj na\u010din \u017eivljenja.
