Mo\u0161kim se ma\u0161\u010doba veliko pogosteje nabira okoli trebuha kot \u017eenskam in pove\u010duje tveganje za sr\u010dne bolezni, infarkt, nekatere vrste raka, diabetes tipa 2, insulinsko odpornost, povi\u0161ane trigliceride, nizke nivoje dobrega holesterola v krvi, spalno apnejo &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ponavadi se to dogaja mo\u0161kim, ki skozi naporen delavnik spu\u0161\u010dajo obroke, ko pa pridejo domov, se naba\u0161ejo s hrano. Posledi\u010dno seveda nimajo ni\u010d energije za kake druge aktivnosti. Za ve\u010dino mo\u0161kih se tveganje za sr\u010dne in druge bolezni pove\u010da, \u010de imajo okoli pasu obseg ve\u010dji od 102 centimetrov. Obseg izmeri malo nad kolkom, ko si spro\u0161\u010den in si izdihnil zrak \u2013 a brez goljufanja! Trebuha torej ne vleci noter, metra ne zateguj in poskrbi, da bo tekel ravno \u010dez trebuh.<\/p>\n<p>Z leti mo\u0161ki izgubljajo mi\u0161i\u010dno maso, zato pokurijo manj kalorij, saj se metabolizem upo\u010dasni. Zato morajo mo\u0161ki s staranjem skrbeti tudi za to, da zau\u017eijejo manj kalorij ali pove\u010dajo telesno aktivnost. Govorimo o zajtrku in konstantnih obrokih na vsake dve do tri ure. Vsak obrok je zmeren, ne pretiravamo. Ko smo po treh urah \u0161e vedno siti, vemo, da je bil obrok prevelik. Ne smemo pozabiti tudi na zadostno pitje vode, ki znese na osebo pribli\u017eno 1 liter na 25 kilogramov te\u017ee. To nam omogo\u010di stalno hidratacijo in \u010di\u0161\u010denje telesa, kar je najpomembnej\u0161e, pa je pospe\u0161eni metabolizem.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce smo v na\u010din \u017eivljenja vklju\u010dili \u0161e rekreacijio, ne smemo pozabiti, da je v takem primeru \u0161e ve\u010dja potreba po hranilih: beljakovinah za obnovo mi\u0161ic, ogljikovih hidratih za energijo in vitaminih ter mineralih za za\u0161\u010dito telesa. Poskrbeti je treba tudi za vsakodnevno primerno aktivnost od 30 do 45 minut.&#8221;Trebu\u0161njaki sicer pomagajo oblikovati mi\u0161ice,\u00a0 da je trebuh raven, vendar mora\u0161 ob trebu\u0161njakih vsekakor delati tudi na izgubljanju telesne ma\u0161\u010dobe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nabiranje ma\u0161\u010dobe okoli trebuha vsi dobro poznamo.
