Vendar pa ni\u017eje temperature ne prina\u0161ajo zgolj osve\u017eitve temve\u010d tudi tveganje, da dobimo nekaj <b>odve\u010dnih kilogramov<\/b>. Za pomo\u010d v boju s temperaturno razliko in pridobivanjem kilogramov vam odkrivamo 4 skrite navade, ki se jih morate \u010dim prej znebiti.<\/p>\n<h2>U\u017eivanje te\u017eke in kalori\u010dne hrane<\/h2>\n<p>Sve\u017ei in bolj mrzli dnevi vsekakor spodbujajo apetit, jeseni pa nam zopet prija tista hrana, ki smo se je zaradi vro\u010dine izogibali v velikem krogu. Mesni izdelki, vse vrste slastnih pit in peciva so le en del bogate <b>jeseni<\/b>, ki nam lahko v trenutku pri\u010darajo nekaj <b>odve\u010dnih kilogramov<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Re\u0161itev:<\/b><\/i> Nobenega razloga ni, da jeseni ne u\u017eiva\u0161 v slastni, okusni in nekoliko bolj kalori\u010dni hrani, vendar je pomembno da pri tem ostane\u0161 zmerna. Svoje porcije sku\u0161aj zmanj\u0161ati, sladice pa \u010dim ve\u010dkrat pripravi kar sama in vanje dodajaj manj sladkorja.<\/p>\n<h2>Zmanj\u0161ana telesna aktivnost<\/h2>\n<p>Povsem normalno je, da smo v poletnih mesecih veliko bolj aktivni, saj ve\u010dino svojega \u010dasa pre\u017eivimo zdoma. Mnogi suho vreme izkoristijo za hojo, kolesarjenje, tek ali rolanje, s prihodom prvega de\u017eja pa te dejavnosti odlo\u017eijo do nadaljnjega, kar lahko pomeni pridobivanje kilogramov.<br \/>\n<b><i><br \/>\nRe\u0161itev:<\/i><\/b> Vsakr\u0161ne fizi\u010dne aktivnosti nikar ne odlagaj, temve\u010d jo premakni v zaprte prostore. Sobno kolo, orbitrek in ostale naprave so v takih primerih zelo priro\u010dne, \u010de pa rada telovadi\u0161 v dru\u017ebi, si izberi fitnes center ali dvorano ter tako najdi tisto zimsko aktivnost, ki ti najbolj ustreza.<\/p>\n<h2>Hladnej\u0161e vreme = ve\u010dji apetit<\/h2>\n<p><b>Jeseni<\/b>, ko se dnevi shladijo, pride do pojava pove\u010danega apetita, ki nara\u0161\u010da sorazmerno s padcem temperature. Hrana je za organizem gorivo, telo pa se na ta na\u010din tudi ogreje.<br \/>\n<b><i><br \/>\nRe\u0161itev:<\/i><\/b> Poskrbi, da ti nikdar ne bo hladno. Ve\u010d se oble\u010di, ob gledanju TV uporabi odejice, kar pa se ti\u010de hrane &#8211; ko ob\u010duti\u0161 lakoto med obroki za dodatno energijo posezi po zdravih vitaminskih tablicah, ki vsebujejo rozine, ore\u0161ke, mandlje, orehe, itd.<\/p>\n<h2>Obleka skriva napake<\/h2>\n<p>Dokazano je, da \u017eenske med poletjem namenijo veliko ve\u010d skrbi podobi svojega telesa, da tisti teden, ko so na dopustu, izgledajo najbolj\u0161e.
