Ve\u010d kot boste vadili jogo, ve\u010dkrat si boste dali prilo\u017enost zaupati svojemu telesu, ve\u010dkrat boste poskusili nekaj novega in hkrati izstopili iz svojega obmo\u010dja udobja in poznanega. Tako bomo nehote pridobivali velik val kreativne energije, ker bomo s pomo\u010djo joge prestopali v nek neznani svet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z dvigom zavesti preko prakse, dobimo druga\u010dno perspektivo in to vpliva na ustvarjalnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Joga izbolj\u0161a pozornost<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z vadbo joge se u\u010dimo pozornosti. Izvajanje asan, pranajam(dihalne tehnike) in ostalih tehnik joge zahteva pozornost in to pridobivamo z meditacijo. Skozi jogo ozavestimo pomembnost sinhronizacije diha in giba, kar prina\u0161a v na\u0161e \u017eivljenje jasnost in fokus. Vse to ob\u010dutno vpliva na na\u0161e ob\u010dutenje stresa, pove\u010duje radost, spodbuja inovativno razmi\u0161ljanje in ustvarjalne ideje. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Joga po\u017eivlja delovanje energijskega telesa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba joge dobesedno o\u010disti in odpre energijske kanale v telesu, s tem pa pridobimo ve\u010djo \u017eivljenjsko mo\u010d in vitalnost. Pove\u010da se kro\u017eenje krvi in prane (\u017eivljenjske energije), kar ima mo\u010dan u\u010dinek na mo\u017egane in srce. Redna joga praksa uravnava hormone, masira notranje organe, podpira delovanje \u010daker in tako po\u017eivlja delovanje energijskega sistema telesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z jogo pridobimo ve\u010djo svobodo duha, kar vedno vodi k ustvarjalnosti. S priklopom na univerzalno zavest in z do\u017eivljanjem sebe, da smo ve\u010d kot le na\u0161e telo in na\u0161 um, se raz\u0161irimo v vi\u0161je nivoje resni\u010dnosti . <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ob\u010dutek dobrega po\u010dutja, ki ga imamo po praksi joge, je tako izku\u0161nja \u017eivljenjske mo\u010di, ki te\u010de skozi na\u0161e telo. Ko je v na\u0161em umu mir in smo v praznini, smo lahko prisotni in dojemljivi za navdih. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Z jogo odkrivamo kdo smo v resnici<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Travme, ki jih do\u017eivljamo skozi \u017eivljenje, nas zanesejo stran od na\u0161ega bistva, od avtenti\u010dnega dela sebe. Joga nas spodbuja, da ta avtenti\u010dni del spet prebudimo in prepoznamo, da se pove\u017eemo z na\u0161imi pravimi ob\u010dutki in na\u0161imi najglobljimi deli sebe. Joga nas podpira, da prisluhnemo hrepenenju svoje du\u0161e in se izra\u017eamo v skladu z resnico v nas. Tako se uskladimo z avtenti\u010dnim delom nas samih in spet postanemo kot otrok, da si dovolimo izra\u017eati kot \u010dutimo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BKS Iyengar, eden najpomembnej\u0161ih u\u010diteljev joge v svetu, je dejal: \u00bbPrilagajanje \u010dustev blokira ustvarjalnost.\u00ab <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najpogostej\u0161a ovira za ustvarjalno izra\u017eanje je strah.
