Ve\u010dino energije porabijo za delovanje, torej prena\u0161anje \u017eiv\u010dnih signalov, kar tretjino pa za vzdr\u017eevanje in obnovo, ki sta pomembna tudi za ohranjanje spomina in koncentracije.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Trening, ki bo okrepil mo\u017egane in pove\u010dal umsko sposobnost<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O tem, ali lahko mo\u017egane krepimo podobno kot mi\u0161ice, obstajajo razli\u010dna mnenja. Prof. dr. Samo Kreft poudarja, da je<\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">mentalna oz. umska sposobnost ve\u010dplasten pojem, ki zajema tako sposobnost logi\u010dnega razmi\u0161ljanja, pozornosti, kreativnosti in pomnjenja (kratkoro\u010dni in dolgoro\u010dni spomin). Zato mo\u017eganom te\u017eko predpi\u0161emo podoben trening kot mi\u0161icam, lahko pa podpremo njihovo delovanje z zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja, ki vklju\u010duje dovolj spanja in zdravo prehrano.
