Na razvojni \u010drti bi lahko sindrom izgorelosti ozna\u010dili tudi kot kon\u010dno stanje razvoja, ki se je pri\u010del z idealisti\u010dno zagnanostjo in se zaradi \u0161tevilnih negativnih oziroma neuspelih izku\u0161enj prelevil v apatijo, psihosomatska obolenja, depresije, agresijo ali povi\u0161ano nevarnost za zasvojenost.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">V katerih poklicih se sindrom izgorelosti najpogosteje pojavlja?<\/h2>\n<p>Burn-out sindrom ali sindrom izgorelosti se najpogosteje oziroma najprej pojavlja v poklicih, kjer zaposleni nudijo pomo\u010d drugim: zdravniki, medicinske sestre, travmatologi, bolni\u010darji, stre\u017eniki, re\u0161evalci, fizioterapevti, terapevti, psihiatri, svetovalci za obsojence \u2026 Med ogro\u017eene poklicne skupine spadajo tudi \u0161portniki, politiki, raziskovalci, prodajalci \u2026<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kateri so pokazatelji sindroma izgorelosti?<\/h2>\n<p>Pokazatelje oziroma simptome burn-out sindroma ali sindroma izgorelosti lahko razdelimo v tri kategorije: \u010dustveno utrujenost (osebna izgorelost), depersonalizacijo (s strankami povezana izgorelost) in do\u017eivljanje neuspehov (z delovnimi nalogami povezana izgorelost).<\/p>\n<p>Najpogostej\u0161i simptomi za \u010dustveno utrujenost oziroma osebno izgorelost so napetost, razdra\u017eljivost in pasivnost. Prizadeti se po\u010duti \u0161ibkega, brez mo\u010di, utrujenega, slabotnega in je rahlo razdra\u017eljiv.<\/p>\n<p>Za depersonalizacijo ali s strankami povezano izgorelost so zna\u010dilne cinizem, distanciranost in ravnodu\u0161nost. Prizadeti se distancira od svoje stranke, njihove te\u017eave in stiske odbijejo od sebe in se tako osredoto\u010dijo le \u0161e na stvarni vidik njunega odnosa. Delo postane za njih \u010dista neosebna rutina.<\/p>\n<p>Najpogostej\u0161i simptomi za tretjo kategorijo, do\u017eivljanje neuspehov oziroma z delovnimi nalogami povezano izgorelost, so hiperaktivnost, neu\u010dinkovitost ter izguba smisla opravljanja svojega dela. Prizadeti ima pogosto ob\u010dutek, da kljub preobremenjenosti ni\u010d ne dose\u017ee, manjka mu do\u017eivetje uspeha. Razlog za do\u017eivljanje lastne neu\u010dinkovitosti ti\u010di ve\u010dinoma v rasto\u010dih zahtevah, ki jih prizadeti nekega dne enostavno ne more ve\u010d vseh izpolniti.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kateri so razlogi za razvoj sindroma izgorelosti?<\/h2>\n<p>Za sindrom izgorelosti je najpogosteje kriva neskladnost med zahtevami (poraba energije) ter resursi (viri energije). Da lahko \u010dlovek porablja energijo, se pravi, da lahko osredoto\u010deno dela pod \u010dasovnim pritiskom, premaguje \u010dustveno in telesno obremenjujo\u010de situacije ter je kos zmeraj bolj zahtevnim nalogam, potrebuje ob\u010dutek spo\u0161tovanja in pripadnosti, do\u017eivljanje uspehov in pozitivno povratno informacijo, dovolj prostora izra\u017eanje, kreativno okolje in\u00a0 mo\u017enost osebnega razvoja.<\/p>\n<p>Sicer pa na pojav izgorelosti sovplivajo zunanji (dru\u017ebene okoli\u0161\u010dine, psiholo\u0161ke okoli\u0161\u010dine \u017eivljenja in dela) in notranji (tvegane osebnostne zna\u010dilnosti) dejavniki, ki se med seboj prepletajo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako prepre\u010diti in zdraviti sindrom izgorelosti?<\/h2>\n<p>Da bi prepre\u010dili pojav izgorelosti, mora biti delovno okolje delavcu prijazno, tako da mu nikoli ne zmanjka potrebnih resursov (virov energije) za svoje delo.<\/p>\n<p>V kolikor pa je treba zdraviti (prepre\u010diti in odpraviti), pa prvi korak predvideva prepoznavanje vzrokov.
