Skupek teh te\u017eav se imenuje \u00bbComputer vision syndrome\u00ab ali <b>ra\u010dunalni\u0161ki sindrom vida<\/b>. Je trenutno stanje, ki zajema tegobe, ki nastajajo kot posledica naprezanja o\u010di, prav tako pa tudi mi\u0161ic vrata in ramen, kot tudi redkej\u0161ega me\u017eikanja ob nenehnem fokusiranju na ekran ra\u010dunalnika.<\/p>\n<h2>\u017de dve uri dela z ra\u010dunalnikom sta lahko za na\u0161e o\u010di preve\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>Vsak, ki za ra\u010dunalnikom pre\u017eivi dve uri ali ve\u010d, ima veliko mo\u017enosti za pojav neprijetnosti, ki jih ta sindrom povzro\u010da. Kristina Mikek, dr. med., spec. oftamologije. <\/b> Na pojav neza\u017eelenih te\u017eav vplivajo tudi neprimeren stol, njegova vi\u0161ina in polo\u017eaj monitorja.<\/p>\n<h2>Zna\u010dilnosti sindroma ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega vida<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce ste lastnik sindroma ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega vida se lahko pojavi zamegljen vid, te\u017eave v fokusiranju predmeta ter druga\u010dno prepoznavanje razli\u010dnih barv. O\u010di so utrujene, rde\u010de, velikokrat tudi srbijo. Pogosto so prisotni tudi glavoboli, bole\u010dine v vratu, ramenih in hrbtu, ter utrujenost in pospanost.<\/p>\n<h2>In kako te\u017eave odpraviti?<\/h2>\n<p><i>&#8220;Veliko teh te\u017eav lahko omilimo ali odpravimo s prilagoditvijo delovnega okolja. Prostore zasen\u010dimo, ne uporabljamo premo\u010dnih \u017earnic, nastavimo ve\u010djo kontrastnost med ozadjem zaslona in ikonami na zaslonu, optimiziramo velikost \u010drk in uporabljamo kombinacijo \u010drnih \u010drk na beli podlagi,&#8221;<\/i> svetuje dr. Svetloba mora prihajati od strani, nikakor pa ne od spredaj ali od zadaj.<\/p>\n<p>Da bi zmanj\u0161ali utrujenost o\u010desnih mi\u0161ic na vsake pol ure poglejte izven ekrana in pogled fokusirajte na oddaljene predmete za dvajset sekund. Na vsako uro si privo\u0161\u010dite 10 minutni odmor, takrat se pogledu na ekranu izogibajte. <i>&#8220;Priporo\u010dajo se redni odmori, ki jih lahko izkoristite za izvajanje vaj za o\u010di in tako poskrbite, da se o\u010desne mi\u0161ice sprostijo in napetost popusti.&#8221; <\/i>Ob pavzi vstanite in pretegnite roke, noge in hrbet. Pred suhostjo jih lahko za\u0161\u010ditimo tudi z nekajminutnim namernim pogostej\u0161im me\u017eikanjem.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u010dasih bole\u010dine v o\u010deh povzro\u010da tudi dioptrija<\/h2>\n<p><i>&#8220;Bole\u010dine v o\u010deh lahko povzro\u010dajo tudi o\u010desne napake in motnje vida oziroma dioptrija, ki ni optimalno korigirana, kar je pri delu z ra\u010dunalnikom \u0161e bolj izrazito. V takih primerih je nujno, da pravo\u010dasno korigiramo dioptrijo, da se izognemo resnej\u0161im problemom in stalnim glavobolom,&#8221;<\/i> poudarja dr. Mikek.<\/p>\n<h2>Ali dioptrija izvira prav iz prevelike uporabe ra\u010dunalni\u0161kih ekranov?<\/h2>\n<p>Doktorica\u00a0Mikekova odgovarja:<i>&#8220;Jaz menim, da ne.
