Prekomerno vsakdanje u\u017eivanje <strong>vitaminskih dodatkov<\/strong> \u0161koduje va\u0161emu telesu, \u010deprav razlogi zanj sprva zvenijo popolnoma prepri\u010dljivo. Dandana\u0161nji \u010dlovek zaradi svojega hitrega na\u010dina prehranjevanja, ki vedno bolj pogosto zajema industrijsko predelano in vnaprej pripravljeno hrano, kjer za sadje in zelenjavo ni ostalo dosti prostora, utemeljeno dvomi v kakovost hrane, zato se odlo\u010di, da bo z napa\u010dno prehrano \u00bbizgubljene\u00ab vitamine nadomestil z vitaminskimi dodatki. Neredko pa med ljudi, ki posegajo po teh dodatkih, spadajo tudi tisti, ki \u017ee tako ali tako \u017eivijo zdravo in skrbijo za svoje telo.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kak\u0161ne so posledice prekomernega u\u017eivanja vitaminov?<\/h2>\n<p>Prekomerno u\u017eivanje vitaminov lahko vodi do zastrupitve z vitamini (hipervitaminoza). Posledice oziroma stranski u\u010dinki prekomernega u\u017eivanja vitaminov se razlikujejo glede na vrsto vitamina. \u0160e posebej nevarno pa zna biti jemanje vitaminskih dodatkov skupaj z dolo\u010denimi zdravili, zavoljo \u010desa bi se morali najprej pogovoriti z va\u0161im osebnim zdravnikom, v kolikor dnevno ali ob\u010dasno jemljete kakr\u0161na koli zdravila, preden se odlo\u010dite za \u00bbbolj zdravo\u00ab \u017eivljenje s pomo\u010djo vitaminskih dodatkov. In kak\u0161ne stranske u\u010dinke povzro\u010da prekomerno u\u017eivanje za na\u0161e telo najpomembnej\u0161ih vitaminov?<\/p>\n<p>Prekomerno u\u017eivanje <b>vitamina A<\/b> lahko povzro\u010di glavobol, omotico, bruhanje, razdra\u017eljivost in zaspanost. V primeru dolgotrajne pretirane uporabe lahko pride celo do izpadanja las, izgube telesne te\u017ee, suhe ko\u017ee, srbe\u010dice, meh\u010danja kosti, izra\u0161\u010danja bole\u010dih kostnih izrastkov, po\u0161kodbe jeter ter drugih telesnih in du\u0161evnih motenj.<\/p>\n<p>Sicer je toksi\u010dnost <b>vitamina B<\/b> zelo nizka, pa vendarle se lahko pri izredno visokih odmerkih med drugim pojavijo naslednji stranski u\u010dinki: glavobol, nespe\u010dnost, razdra\u017eljivost, kr\u010di, \u0161ibkost, spremembe ko\u017ee, driska, mi\u0161i\u010dna relaksacija, sr\u010dna aritmija, anafilakti\u010dni \u0161ok in alergijske reakcije.<\/p>\n<p>Nevarno je lahko tudi u\u017eivanje preve\u010d <b>vitamina C<\/b>. Pri odrasli osebi dnevni odmerki ne smejo biti vi\u0161ji od 2 gramov (to je pribli\u017eno \u0161tiri litre pomaran\u010dnega soka), saj lahko pride do tvorbe ledvi\u010dnih kamnov ali odpovedi ledvic. Poleg tega lahko prekomerno u\u017eivanje vitamina C povzro\u010di slabost, kr\u010de, drisko in ledvi\u010dne kamne.<\/p>\n<p>V primeru prekomernega u\u017eivanja <b>vitamina D<\/b> se v krvi pove\u010da koncentracija kalcija, ki lahko povzro\u010di kalcifikacijo mehkih tkiv, slab\u0161i tek, slabost, bruhanje, drisko, mo\u010dno \u017eejo, pove\u010dano odvajanje urina, \u0161ibkost, \u017eiv\u010dnost in visok krvni tlak, lahko pa povzro\u010da tudi motnje v delovanju ledvic.<\/p>\n<p>Najnovej\u0161e \u0161tudije pa so pokazale, da tudi <b>vitamin E<\/b> v prekomernih koli\u010dinah \u0161koduje na\u0161emu zdravju. Obstaja namre\u010d pove\u010dana nevarnost za obolenja srca in o\u017eilja, motnje vida, oslabelost mi\u0161ic &#8230; Poleg tega naj bi sinteti\u010dni vitamini zvi\u0161evali umrljivost: vitamin E za 4 %, vitamin A pa celo za 16 %.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ali dobi telo s pravilno prehrano zadostno mero vitaminov?<\/h2>\n<p>Odgovor je ponovno preprost in kratek: DA! \u010ce \u017eelite narediti zase in za svoje telo nekaj dobrega, vam ni treba posegati po vitaminskih dodatkih. Ali kot pravi prof. dr. Dra\u017eigost Pokorn z medicinske fakultete v Ljubljani: \u00bb\u010ce pojeste pol kilograma sadja in zelenjave na dan ter \u0161e ustrezne koli\u010dine mleka, \u017eitaric in mesa, ve\u010dinoma ne potrebujete drugih dodatkov.
