Vsak teden si o\u010distimo telo<\/em>, ti sladkorji hitro preidejo v kri in so zato idealen vir energije, sploh pri pove\u010dani telesni aktivnosti. Poleg sladkorja pa vsebujejo mnoge vitamine, minerale in druge hranilne snovi, ki jih na\u0161e telo potrebuje.<\/p>\n<h2>1. V poletnih mesecih so posebej dobrodo\u0161el vir kalija, ker vsebujejo veliko salicilne kisline (aspirin!), pa pomagajo tudi pri laj\u0161anju bla\u017ejih bole\u010din.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Prav zaradi kalija pomagajo odvajati odve\u010dno vodo iz telesa ter ugodno vplivajo na krvo\u017eilje in plju\u010da, encimi v breskvah pa spodbujajo prebavo in presnovo.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Barvilo v temnemu grozdju krepi \u017eile in pospe\u0161uje prekrvavitev. \u010ce jeste grozdje iz neekolo\u0161ke pridelave, ga temeljito sperite s toplo vodo, saj so na povr\u0161ini jagod lahko ostali aktivni pesticidi.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Vitamin C, kalij, karoten in druga barvila so razlogi, zakaj se poleti spla\u010da osve\u017eiti z melono ali lubenico.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
