Skuta je bolj\u0161a izbira od jogurta, saj ima precej ve\u010d beljakovin, kar pomeni, da bo\u0161 dlje sit. \u010ce se ti mudi, lahko poje\u0161 kar samo, sicer pa jo lahko zme\u0161a\u0161 z naribanimi jabolki ali drugim sadje in po \u017eelji doda\u0161 \u017eli\u010dko medu. \u010ce ima\u0161 raje slan zajtrk, vme\u0161aj v skuto nasekljana zeli\u0161\u010da (ali \u010debulo, \u010de te ne moti, da bo\u0161 ljudem nemara smrdel) in nama\u017ei na polnozrnat kruh.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Nepogre\u0161ljiva jajca<\/h2>\n<p>Jajca so eden najbolj klasi\u010dnih zajtrkov, kar jih poznamo. Kuhana ali ocvrta, jajca so polna beljakovin in drugih koristnih snovi, veliko teh pa se skriva v rumenjaku. Pozabi na ameri\u0161ke fitnes \u0161tose in jej tudi rumenjak, saj je prav tam najve\u010d vitamina B12 in dobrega holesterola.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Polnozrnate jedi<\/h2>\n<p>Polnozrnate jedi so vedno dobra izbira, \u0161e posebej pa za zajtrk, saj nam dajo veliko energije, zaradi obilice vlaknin pa pomagajo tudi k ob\u010dutku sitosti. \u010ceprav se ti morda sprva zdijo polnozrnate stvari puste, bo\u0161 kmalu ugotovil, da so lahko zelo okusen \u2013 pravzaprav \u0161e bolj, kot tiste iz pre\u010di\u0161\u010dene, osiroma\u0161ene bele moke. Polnozrnat kruh je seveda najbolj\u0161i, \u010de ga kupi\u0161 v specializiranih eko pekarnah \u2013 ali \u0161e bolje, \u010de ga spe\u010de\u0161 sam. A kruh ni edina stvar, ki je lahko polnozrnata. Polnozrnate so lahko tudi pala\u010dinke, muffini, razni kosmi\u010di. Odli\u010dna in enostavna izbira so ovseni kosmi\u010di, katerim sam doda\u0161 rozine ali drugo suho sadje in ore\u0161ke, \u017eli\u010dko medu ali sve\u017eega sadja in seveda mleko, skuto, jogurt \u2026<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Zajtrk tudi, ko si v naglici<\/h2>\n<p>Men&#8217;s Healthovi strokovnjaki celo pravijo, da je bolje zajtrkovati ostanke pice od ve\u010derje, kot sploh ne zajtrkovati. No, \u010de malo pomislimo, na pici je vendarle nekaj beljakovin in nekaj zelenjave. Kadar se ti mudi, je bolje popiti vsaj kozarec mleka, kot iti od doma s praznim \u017eelodcem.
