Ne moremo izbrisati jeze, razo\u010daranja ali obupa. Lahko pa osvojimo tehniko, kako nadzorovati na\u0161a \u010dustva, da nam njihovo delovanje ne uni\u010di \u017eivljenja in nas osami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Kakovost odnosov je v veliki meri odvisna tudi od tega, ali se znamo nasmejati dobri zgodbi znanca ali pa bomo znervirani ob prometni konici, ko se na\u0161 avto ne bo premaknil za ped. \u010custva so seveda zelo pomembna v na\u0161ih \u017eivljenjih in to vsa, tako tista pozitivna (veselje, zadovoljstvo, navdu\u0161enje, sre\u010da idr.) kot tista te\u017eja (strah, zavist, ljubosumnost, jeza, brezup, \u017ealost idr). So pa\u010d del nas in do\u017eivljanja sveta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Seveda strokovnjaki \u0161e vedno i\u0161\u010dejo povezave oziroma dokaze, kaj v resnici opredeljuje na\u0161e gledanje na svet. Ali so to \u010dustva kot vzrok ali kot posledica? Kako je povezan razum s \u010dustvi? Kdo v resnici odlo\u010da kako bomo reagirali na dolo\u010deno situacijo? Vedno bolj pa se razume koncept regulacije \u010dustev oziroma na\u010dina, kako \u010dustva \u010dutimo in jih izra\u017eamo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Tu je 5 korakov, kako upravljati s \u010dustvi v vsakodnevnem \u017eivljenju. Pravzaprav je to trening, je u\u010denje, kako sami sebe nadzorujemo. Ko se vnaprej pripravimo na razli\u010dne situacije, na katere \u010dustveno reagiramo, se zgodi, da se problemati\u010dna \u010dustva, ki bi nam ote\u017eevala\u00a0\u017eivljenje, niti ne pojavijo. Kajti, mi smo (tudi) \u010dustva. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>1. Izberite situacijo.<\/strong> Sku\u0161ajte se izogniti okoli\u0161\u010dinam, ki spro\u017eijo ne\u017eelene \u010dustvene reakcije. Primer: postanete obi\u010dajno jezni, ko ste pozni ali pa ko vas kdo priganja, da pohitite. Odlo\u010dite se, da ne pu\u0161\u010date vsega do zadnje minute temve\u010d prej odidite od doma, prej vstanite, bolj po\u010dasi se pripravite na delovni dan. Sami krojite svoje situacije.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>2. Spremenite okoli\u0161\u010dine,<\/strong> ki bi vas sicer spravile v slabo voljo, jezo ali razo\u010daranje. Primer: ho\u010dete biti odli\u010den gostitelj pa niste prepri\u010dani, \u010de vam bo neka specialna jed uspela. Odlo\u010dite se raj\u0161i, da se dr\u017eite preverjenega recepta ali pa izberite neko bolj enostavno jed. Tako se izognete \u010dustvenemu pritisku.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>3. Preusmerite pozornost.<\/strong> Primer: na fitnesu se seveda nehote primerjate z drugimi, ki ka\u017eejo ve\u010dje mi\u0161ice ali so bolj vzdr\u017eljivi od vas. Ne veste njihove zgodbe treninga, motivacije, ciljev. Svoj fokus namerno usmerite zgolj na doseganje lastnega cilja, \u010detudi to pomeni polovico manj\u0161e ute\u017ei ali kraj\u0161i \u010das kardio treninga. Pomembno je, da se v svoji ko\u017ei takrat po\u010dutite udobno. S tem namernim preusmerjanjem pozornosti boste sebi naredili uslugo, saj se ne boste pripeljali v situacijo, ki bi v vas spro\u017eala razo\u010daranje ali frustracijo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>4. Spremenite svoje misli.<\/strong> O tem dostikrat pi\u0161em, predavam in govorim. Misli so energija, ki usmerjajo v veliki meri tudi na\u0161e odlo\u010ditve. Prepri\u010danja, ki so za na\u0161imi \u010dustvi, so zelo mo\u010dna in nas obvladujejo. Po\u010dutite se \u017ealostne, ker ste nekaj izgubili, jezni ste, ker se ni uresni\u010dil pomemben cilj in sre\u010dni ste, ko pri\u010dakujete, da se bo zgodilo nekaj prijetnega. Ko spremenite misli, lahko vplivate na lastno prepri\u010danje glede tega, kako bo neka situacija vplivala na vas. Nadomestite misli, ki bi vas vodile v slabo po\u010dutje s tak\u0161nimi mislimi, ki vas bodo spravile v veselje in zadovoljstvo. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>5. Spremenite svoj odziv.<\/strong> Marsikdo re\u010de, da se to ne da in da prej reagira, preden pomisli ali se zadr\u017ei. Pomemben je trening in nadzor \u010dustvovanja. Ker, vedite, delate za sebe in lastno dobro. Nih\u010de drugi ne \u017eivi va\u0161ega \u017eivljenje, kot zgolj in samo vi. Zato polagam na srce, da naj se va\u0161 odziv uskladi z va\u0161imi cilji in vrednotami.
