Za ljudi s slu\u0161no okvaro predstavlja hrup velik problem, saj je zmo\u017enost za razumevanje govora in komuniciranje vedno bolj omejena. O pretiranemu hrupu in o tem, kako se mu lahko izognemo, smo se pogovarjali z akustikom za slu\u0161ne aparate Francijem Urankarjem, dipl. ekonomistom, iz podjetja Slu\u0161ni aparati Widex.<\/p>\n<h2>Najbolj pogost vzrok za naglu\u0161nost je pri delovno aktivnih odraslih hrup<\/h2>\n<p>Kar 16 odstotkov evropejcev ima tolik\u0161no naglu\u0161nost, da \u017ee lahko vpliva na njihovo dnevno \u017eivljenje. <em>&#8220;Dnevno se sre\u010dujemo z veliko naglu\u0161nimi osebami, ki jim s slu\u0161nimi aparati pomagamo ponovno vzpostaviti normalnej\u0161e mo\u017enosti za komunikacijo,&#8221;<\/em> pravi Franci Urankar, ki poudarja, da je hrup pri delovno aktivnih odraslih najpogostej\u0161i vzrok za naglu\u0161nost. Poklici, ki so najve\u010dkrat omenjeni, so delavci v kovinski industriji, kleparji, konstrukcijski delavci, kmetje, tiskarji, delavke v tkalnicah \u2026 Pri tak\u0161nih osebah je naglu\u0161nost za dolo\u010dene frekvence \u0161e posebno izrazita in obsega tudi vi\u0161je in ni\u017eje frekvence, kar znatno ovira zmo\u017enost komuniciranja.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160kodljivo je tudi preglasno poslu\u0161anje glasbe<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;Oja\u010devalci in zvo\u010dniki, ki se uporabljajo na koncertih, zmorejo izjemno prese\u010di mejo, pri kateri velja, da je industrijski hrup \u017ee \u0161kodljiv.&#8221;<\/em> Enak u\u010dinek imajo tudi slu\u0161alke. \u010ce nas pretiran hrup spremlja ve\u010dino dneva, se pogosto pojavi naglu\u0161nost, pojavlja pa se tudi \u0161umenje ali piskanje v glavi, ki zna postati silno nadle\u017eno.<em> &#8220;V kolikor smo trajno ali tudi le ob\u010dasno izpostavljeni visokim obremenitvam s hrupom, lahko to \u0161koduje sluhu. Pogosto se niti ne zavedamo, da se hrupu preve\u010d izpostavljamo,&#8221;<\/em> pravi Franci Urankar. Mnogi udele\u017eenci po glasnih koncertih slab\u0161e sli\u0161ijo, pogosto pa jim v u\u0161esih tudi \u0161umi. \u010ce se tak\u0161no izpostavljanje hrupu nadaljuje, lahko naglu\u0161nost postane trajna.<\/p>\n<h2>Ali se lahko pretiranemu hrupu izognemo?<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;\u017dal se pretiranemu hrupu 100 % ne moremo vedno izogniti, zagotovo pa lahko s svojim zavedanjem in primernim ravnanjem \u017eivimo tako, da zaradi pretiranega hrupa ne bomo nosili posledic.&#8221;<\/em> Obstaja sicer ve\u010d na\u010dinov, kako se hrupu izogniti, predvsem s tem, da na koncertih ne stojimo v neposredni bli\u017eini zvo\u010dnika in pri poslu\u0161anju glasbe s slu\u0161alkami glasnost omejimo. Pomembno je, da sami vplivamo na \u010das poslu\u0161anja, razdaljo do zvo\u010dnega izvira in glasnost poslu\u0161anja, ki jo izberemo v slu\u0161alkah. V kolikor v danih razmerah na to ne moremo vplivati, je potrebno uporabljati za\u0161\u010ditna sredstva, ki u\u0161esa pred premo\u010dnim hrupom obvarujejo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cas izpostavljenosti hrupu naj bo \u010dim kraj\u0161i!<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;Na\u0161a u\u0161esa imajo naravno za\u0161\u010dito pred mo\u010dnimi zvoki, ki pa deluje zelo kratek \u010das po nastopu glasnega zvoka. Dlje, ko glasen zvok traja, bolj je neugodno za uho, saj se ne more braniti in obi\u010dajno najprej za\u010dasno, nato pa trajno pride do naglu\u0161nosti ali \u0161umenja ter piskanja v glavi. Do tega pride zato, ker se ob\u010dutljivi deli notranjega u\u0161esa trajno mehansko po\u0161kodujejo. V industriji je glasnost 85 dB postavljena kot meja, kjer je potrebno uporabljati za\u0161\u010ditna sredstva proti hrupu, doma pa nas pri glasnosti nih\u010de ne kontrolira,&#8221;<\/em> pravi Franci Urankar. \u010ce smo na primer 90 dB hrupu izpostavljeni 8 ur na dan, nam lahko \u017ee v enem letu po\u0161koduje sluh. V kolikor smo izpostavljeni oja\u010dani glasbi med 110 \u2013 130 dB pa nam lahko v enakem obdobju sluh po\u0161koduje \u017ee izpostavljenost le pol ure ali nekaj minut na dan.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160tevilo ljudi, ki imajo te\u017eave s sluhom se iz leta v leto pove\u010duje<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;\u0160tevilo ljudi, ki imajo te\u017eave s sluhom, se pove\u010duje. Predvsem zaradi na\u010dina \u017eivljenja, seveda pa tudi zaradi dalj\u0161e \u017eivljenjske dobe. Poleg tega je na tem podro\u010dju prisotnih manj predsodkov in zmot, ki so v\u010dasih naglu\u0161ne ljudi v ve\u010dji meri odvra\u010dali, da bi si poiskali strokovno pomo\u010d,&#8221;<\/em> pravi Franci Urankar. <em>&#8220;Na\u0161e stranke so iz vseh generacij, saj s sodobnimi diagnosti\u010dnimi postopki odkrijejo naglu\u0161nost \u017ee v porodni\u0161nici.
