Z drugimi besedami, um nas varuje pred tem, da bi naredili nekaj, kar je za nas nevarno in nas dr\u017ei v coni udobja. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsaka praksa joge je opredeljena kot sredstvo za odpravo ali spremembo vzorcev (samskar). <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Zakaj se vzorci ponavljajo?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ponavljanje vzorcev se navadno spro\u017ea zaradi <\/span><b>slabe samopodobe, pomanjkanja samozavesti, samospo\u0161tovanja in nezaupanja vase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prav tako je ponavljanje vzorcev tudi reakcija na te\u017eke situacije v \u017eivljenju, ki jih ne obvladamo (zavestno ali podzavestno). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nenehno ponavljanje vzorcev prina\u0161a ob\u017ealovanje in neizpolnjena pri\u010dakovanja, kar vodijo v razo\u010daranje. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Kateri vzorci so danes najbolj prisotni?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najbolj prisotni negativni vzorci danes so:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">biti \u017ertev,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ob\u010dutek krivice,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strah pred neuspehom, pred napakami,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nezmo\u017enost re\u010di NE,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nezmo\u017enost prevzeti odgovornost za svoje \u017eivljenje,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nefleksibilnost,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nenehna zaskrbljenost,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nerealna pri\u010dakovanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prevelika kriti\u010dnost do sebe,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">primerjanje z ostalimi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nenehno prito\u017eevanje nad ljudmi, \u017eivljenjem, okoli\u0161\u010dinami, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mnenje, da imamo smolo,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">perfekcionizem, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pretirano sprejemanje nasvetov,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">omejena verovanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">negativno razmi\u0161ljanje\u2026. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>KAKO TOREJ ODPRAVITI VZORCE?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spreminjati vzorce ni enostavno. Negativni vzorci imajo veliko mo\u010d, ker se jih ljudje navadno oklepajo \u017ee zelo dolgo (lahko tudi ve\u010d \u017eivljenj). Zato je lahko odprava in zamenjava vzorcev zares dolgoro\u010den proces. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Prepoznavanje vzorca in spro\u017eilcev<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najprej moramo prepoznati vzorec, ki nas omejuje. Da lahko to storimo, moramo postati zavestni kako delujemo in kako se odlo\u010damo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ko to ugotovimo, moramo prepoznati spro\u017eilce, ki nas vodijo v tovrstno obna\u0161anje. Ti spro\u017eilci so lahko ljudje, situacije, dolo\u010den \u010das v dnevu, dogodki, kraji itd\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nato se moramo vpra\u0161ati ali se lahko kako izognemo tem spro\u017eilcem? S tem, da jih umaknemo iz na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja, kadar pa tega ne moremo, da se nau\u010dimo obvladovati svoje misli, \u010dustva in dejanja. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Poiskati zdravo zamenjavo vzorca <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ko negativne vzorce prepoznamo, jih je potrebno zamenjati s pozitivnimi. Ki delujejo za nas in ne proti nam. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To je pomembno zato, ker se ve\u010dinoma ne moremo izogniti situacijam, ljudem in okoli\u0161\u010dinam, ki spro\u017eajo ponavljanje vzorca. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moramo si vzeti \u010das in poiskati nov, druga\u010den in bolj\u0161i na\u010din kako bomo reagirali v dolo\u010deni situaciji. Ker je spreminjati vzorce zelo te\u017eka naloga, moramo to\u010dno vedeti zakaj se spremembe lotevamo, kaj nam prina\u0161a.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Vadimo nov model obna\u0161anja, dokler ne postane navada <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ko vzorec prepoznamo in ozavestimo zakaj ga \u017eelimo spremeniti, si vzamemo dovolj \u010dasa in vadimo nov na\u010din obna\u0161anja. Zapi\u0161imo si kako smo se po\u010dutili, ko smo zapadli v star vzorec, kaj je spro\u017eilo situacijo in kako bi \u017eeleli naslednji\u010d reagirati. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Poi\u0161\u010dimo smisel v preseganju vzorca <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zavedajmo se, da si s preseganjem vzorcev dolgoro\u010dno pomagamo in ne poslu\u0161ajmo ega, ki je u\u017ealjen in trpi, ker se moramo obna\u0161ati druga\u010de, kot nam narekuje dobro poznani vzorec. Posku\u0161ajmo videti smisel v preseganju.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Vzemimo si \u010das<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kot ni bil Rim postavljen v enem dnevu, prav tako se tudi spremembe vzorca ne zgodijo takoj. Zavedajte se, da ve\u010d kot boste tvegali, manj boste ob\u017ealovali. Naj bo va\u0161e vodilo: \u00bbDelujem po svojih najbolj\u0161ih mo\u010deh.\u00ab<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Samopreu\u010dujmo se <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samopreu\u010devanje eden izmed glavnih vodil joge. Ljudje, ki jim uspe prese\u010di vzorce, so na koncu vedno nagrajeni. To so tisti, ki so si vzeli \u010das za premislek o sebi, o svojem \u017eivljenju, analizirali svoje misli, \u010dustva, odlo\u010ditve in dejanja.
