Kava je postala del vsakdanjika, in tudi ve\u010dina zdravnikov, ki jih osebno poznam, pije\u00a0kavo. Dejstvo je, da se kavi, pri ve\u010dini bolezni ni potrebno v celoti odpovedati, potrebna pa je zmernost\u00a0in pa predvsem opazovanje nas samih, kako na kavo reagiramo oz. kak\u0161en spremembe kava pri nas\u00a0po zau\u017eitju povzro\u010di.<\/p>\n<h2>Koliko kave se svetuje u\u017eivati?<\/h2>\n<p>V ve\u010dini primerov se kava kljub bolezni ali dolo\u010denim simptomom\u00a0lahko u\u017eiva. Svetujemo 1-2 skodelici na dan, svetuje se pitje v jutranjih ali dopoldanskih urah, ne\u00a0pa popoldne ali zve\u010der, ker sicer lahko povzro\u010di motnje spanja. Namre\u010d kava vpliva na adenozinske\u00a0receptorje v mo\u017eganih, ki stimulirajo budnost, poleg tega pa povzro\u010da izlo\u010danje hormonov iz\u00a0nadledvi\u010dne \u017eleze (adrenalin, noradrenalin, kortizol) in dolgoro\u010dno prekomerno u\u017eivanje kave, lahko\u00a0povzro\u010di motnje na\u0161ega naravnega hormonskega ravnosvesja.\u00a0 Kava dose\u017ee svoj u\u010dinek 15-30\u00a0minut po zau\u017eitju. V kolikor kave nismo navajeni piti, ali se na novo odlo\u010damo za pri\u010detek njenega\u00a0u\u017eivanja, svetujemo, da se izmeri krvni tlak in sr\u010dna frekvenca pred zau\u017eitjem in zatem se meritev\u00a0ponovi \u010dez 30 minut. V kolikor pride do povi\u0161anje krvnega tlaka za 5-10mmHg ali ve\u010d, ravno tako\u00a0sr\u010dne frekvence, utegnete biti ob\u010dutljivi na kavo in se svetuje previdnost. Namre\u010d matabolizem kave\u00a0(oz kofeina) je razli\u010den od \u010dloveka do \u010dloveka, eni so na kavo zelo ob\u010dutljivi, drugi pa brez ve\u010djih\u00a0te\u017eav prena\u0161ajo tudi ve\u010dje koli\u010dine kave. Vsekakor se odstvetuje u\u017eivati ve\u010d kot 5 skodelic na dan.\u00a0Glede na to, da smo lahko od kave odvisni, se svetuje po\u010dasno zmanj\u0161anje dnevne koli\u010dine, npr 1\u00a0skodelico manj na teden. Kofein je poleg v kavi prisoten \u0161e v nekaterih drugih \u017eivilih (kola, energetski\u00a0napitki, \u010dokolada, kakav,..) in v\u010dasih niti ne vemo, da ga zau\u017eijemo, u\u010dinek, pa se se\u0161teva. Kofein\u00a0vsebujejo tudi nekatera zdravila (predvsem proti prehladu), zato v teh primerih svetujemo pogledati\u00a0speficikacijo. Namre\u010d preve\u010d kofeina povzro\u010di simptome nemira, nervoze, razburjenja, nespe\u010dnosti,\u00a0slabost, bruhanje, rde\u010dice in podobno. Poleg tega na bolj izrazit u\u010dinek kave vpliva tudi stres, zato se\u00a0ob pove\u010danem stresu svetuje zelo zmerno u\u017eivanje kave ali celo njena opustitev. Veliko ljudi ob kavi<br \/>\ntudi kadi; kajenje oz. nikotin pa ravno tako dodatno pove\u010dan u\u010dinek kave, kar za telo ni dobro. Sicer je\u00a0kajenje mo\u010dan in neodvisen dejavnik tveganja za nastanek ateroskleroze in povi\u0161anega krvnega tlaka\u00a0(in posledi\u010dno zapletov, kot je npr. sr\u010dni infakrt, mo\u017eganska kap itd. ), zato kombinacija kajenja in kave\u00a0nikakor ni dobra. Vsem tistim, ki kadite, svetujemo resno razmisliti o opustitvi kajenja.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdaj se kava odsvetuje?<\/h2>\n<p>Odvsetuje se: v primeru motenj sr\u010dnega ritma ali aritmij, v primeru \u017eelod\u010dnih<br \/>\nte\u017eav (npr razjede na \u017eelodcu, GERB, ..), previdnost je potrebna pri osteoporozi (kava zmanj\u0161a\u00a0absorbcijo kalcija), pri neurejenem krvnem tlaku, pri bolnikih s napredujo\u010do angino pektoris ali takoj po\u00a0miokardnem infarktu, previdnost je potrebna tudi v nose\u010dnosti in pri doje\u010dih materah ter pri epilepsiji.<\/p>\n<h2>Ali kava poleg kofeina vsebuje \u0161e kaj drugega?<\/h2>\n<p>Da, vsebuje \u0161tevilne druge sestavine, med njimi\u00a0so najbolj pomembni antioksidanti, ki ugodno vplivajo na upo\u010dasnitev ateroskleroze in vseh drugih\u00a0vnetnih procesov v organizmu. Vsebuje tudi nekaj malo vlaknin, ki ugodno vplivajo na prebavo.\u00a0Vsebuje pa tudi magnezij, ki pomaga pri prepri\u010devanju razvoja sladkorne bolezni tip 2. Tak\u0161ne u\u010dinke\u00a0bo imela tudi kava brez kofeina.<\/p>\n<h2>Ali obstajajo tudi dokazi za ugoden vpliv na kak\u0161ne druge bolezni?<\/h2>\n<p>Da, poleg prepre\u010devanja sladkorne\u00a0bolezni tip 2, obstajajo dokazi za ugoden vpliv na Parkinsonovo bolezen, cirozo jeter, Alzheimerjevo\u00a0bolezen in \u0161e nekatere druge.
