Zaradi tega bo\u0161 svoj ubogi \u017eelodec bistveno manj napolnil s kalori\u010dno in te\u017eko hrano.<\/p>\n<h3>3. pravilo: Izogibaj se vsemu, kar pretirano tvori \u017eelod\u010dno kislino<\/h3>\n<p>Nekatere snovi \u0161e posebej pripomorejo k nastajanju \u017eelod\u010dne kisline, zaradi \u010desar te lahko boli \u017eelodec ali pe\u010de zgaga. Zato se snovem, kot je nikotin, kofein in alkohol, ter \u017eivilom, ki vsebujejo veliko ma\u0161\u010dobe (svinjina), raje izogibaj &#8211; \u0161e sploh pa se izogibaj kombinaciji vseh teh. \u010ce se te \u017eelod\u010dna kislina \u017ee loti, spij kozarec mla\u010dnega Donata.<\/p>\n<h3>4. pravilo: Kozar\u010dek \u017eganja ne zmanj\u0161uje ob\u010dutka sitosti<\/h3>\n<p>Ljudska modrost je, da mora\u0161 popiti kozar\u010dek \u017eganja, \u010de si se pri kosilu hudo najedel in te sedaj daje ob\u010dutek polnega \u017eelodca. Vendar pa to ne dr\u017ei. Prebavo recimo vzpodbujajo gren\u010dice, vendar pa lahko obenem povzro\u010dajo oziroma \u0161e pove\u010dajo <strong>\u017eelod\u010dne te\u017eave<\/strong>. Zato se tovrstnim \u00bbalkoholnim re\u0161itvam\u00ab raje izogibaj.<\/p>\n<h3>5. pravilo: Ne pozabi na gibanje<\/h3>\n<p>Pogosto je za neprijeten ob\u010dutek polnega \u017eelodca in peko\u010do zgago krivo \u017ee dejstvo, da se le prestavlja\u0161 izza ene mize za drugo in z enega kav\u010da na drugega. Zato izkoristi vsako prilo\u017enost za sprehod, ki ti jo prazniki ponujajo. Bodisi se sprehodi do trgovine, od doma do prijatelja ali pa le naredi nekaj krogov okrog naselja.
