{"id":181329,"date":"2016-12-23T08:43:39","date_gmt":"2016-12-23T07:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=181329"},"modified":"2016-12-23T08:43:39","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T07:43:39","slug":"nacionalni-institut-za-javno-zdravje-opozarja-da-je-ob-mamljivih-praznicnih-dobrotah-pomembna-zmernost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/zdrav-duh-telo\/nacionalni-institut-za-javno-zdravje-opozarja-da-je-ob-mamljivih-praznicnih-dobrotah-pomembna-zmernost\/","title":{"rendered":"Nacionalni in\u0161titut za javno zdravje opozarja, da je ob mamljivih prazni\u010dnih dobrotah pomembna zmernost!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prehranjevalnim navadam med prazniki ne posvetimo dovolj pozornosti, prazni\u010dna hrana ima lep videz, vonj in okus ter pove\u010da tek. &#8220;Pomembno je, da se zavedamo, da ni vsak dan praznik in da nekatera \u017eivila neugodno vplivajo na zdravje,&#8221; so navedli na NIJZ. \u0160kodljiva naj bi bila energijsko bogata \u017eivila, z veliko ma\u0161\u010dob, sladkorja in soli, po na\u010dinu priprave pa predvsem ocvrta.<\/p>\n<p>Prazni\u010dni jedilnik bi moral biti kar se da uravnote\u017een z dovolj zelenjave, sadja, ka\u0161 in izdelkov iz polnovrednih \u017eit. Zaradi prenajedanja, neustrezne prehrane in tudi prevelikih koli\u010din alkohola lahko pride do prebavnih te\u017eav, kot so napenjanje, zaprtje, zgaga, poslab\u0161a se lahko tudi po\u010dutje, razpolo\u017eenje in storilnost.<\/p>\n<p>Prebavne te\u017eave lahko omilimo z lahkimi obroki z dovolj balastnih snovi, izogibati pa se je treba omenjenim \u0161kodljivim \u017eivilom, tudi kavi in gaziranim pija\u010dam. Sicer pa prebavo in prebavne encime obi\u010dajno spodbudi kozarec vode z \u017elico kisa ali limoninega soka, pomaga tudi ri\u017eeva ali je\u010dmenova juha.<\/p>\n<p>V primeru zaprtja je najbolj\u0161a telesna dejavnost in hrana z veliko vlaknin. Takrat je dobro zau\u017eiti ve\u010d surove zelenjave, lupinastega sadja, slivovega ali hru\u0161kovega soka in jabolk. Uporaba prehranskih dopolnil, ki dokazano spodbujajo izlo\u010danje \u017eelod\u010dne kisline, prebavnih encimov ali krepijo naravno \u010drevesno floro, je smiselna le v primeru indikacij.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg zmernosti ob prazni\u010dnih dobrotah sta pomembna tudi razmislek in na\u010drtovanje obrokov vnaprej, s \u010dimer se izognemo prenajedanju. NIJZ svetuje, da pred zabavami \u017ee doma pojemo nekaj lahkega. Pri tem je treba paziti tudi na velikost obrokov, pred vsakim obrokom pa je priporo\u010dljivo popiti kozarec vode ali nesladkanega \u010daja, kar \u010dloveka vsaj malo nasiti in odvrne od pretiranega u\u017eivanja hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Po podatkih nekaterih tujih raziskav se med prazniki v povpre\u010dju zredimo za kilogram in pol, zato je pomembno, da v teh dneh dovolj \u010dasa namenimo tudi telesni aktivnosti.
