Dobra novica pa je, da \u010de nehate kaditi, se bo ko\u017ea hitro spet za\u010dela obnavljati in bo spet postala lep\u0161a. Slaba novica za vse tiste, ki se ne morete ali no\u010dete odpovedati kajenju (tako kot dolgoletna, strastna kadilka Kate Moss) pa je, da kasneje kot to grdo navado opustite, te\u017eje popravljiva je \u0161koda na ko\u017ei.<\/p>\n<h2>Zaradi kajenja ko\u017ea postane pove\u0161ena in zgubana<\/h2>\n<p>Kajenje vpliva na celo telo in ko se ga obremenjuje s strupi kot so cianid, karbonski monoksid, katran, fomaldehid in druge kemi\u010dne snovi, mo\u017egani preusmerijo vitamine stran od ko\u017ee in jih uporabijo drugje. Nikotin tudi zmanj\u0161uje pretok krvi v globlje plasti ko\u017ee imenovane dermis, kar se ka\u017ee v tem, da dobi manj kisika. Ko\u017ea zaradi tega postane uvela, suha, se lu\u0161\u010di in je manj odporna proti zunanjim faktorjem. S\u010dasoma se ko\u017ea povesi in zguba, saj telo ne more dovolj u\u010dinkovito proizvajati kolagena.<\/p>\n<h2>Ko\u017ea si bo z va\u0161o pomo\u010djo spet opomogla<\/h2>\n<p>Se da \u0161kodo popraviti? Seveda se da, vendar v dolo\u010deni meri. Ko nehate kaditi, va\u0161e telo spet za\u010dne normalno in bolj u\u010dinkovito funkcionirati. V roku \u0161estih tednov se bo va\u0161a ko\u017ea vidno izbolj\u0161ala, saj bo dobila ve\u010d kisika in antioksidantov, toda obenem morate za\u010deti s intenzivno nego ko\u017ee. Ko\u017ee potrebuje vitamin A, ki bo pospe\u0161il obnovo celic, vitamin C, ki bo spodbudil proizvajanje kolagena in vitamin E, ki spodbuja celjenje in obnavljanje. Izjemno koristni so oksidanti iz rde\u010dega sadja, \u0161e posebno pa naj bi bil za obnavljanje ko\u017ee koristen paradi\u017enik. Na splo\u0161no jeste veliko barvitega sadja in zelenjave, telovadite, saj bo tako ko\u017ea dobila ve\u010d kisika, izjemno priporo\u010dljivo je tudi ribje olje, ki vsebuje visoko raven omega 3 in tako pomaga pri obnavljanju in vla\u017eenju ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kajenje mo\u010dno \u0161kodi tudi va\u0161i ko\u017ei.
