Vendar pa imajo ljudje, ki se jih <b>prehlad <\/b>pogosto loteva, tudi veliko ve\u010d mo\u017enosti, da se jih loti \u0161e gripa. Obojega pa se je najla\u017eje ubraniti tako, da okrepimo svoj<b> imunski sistem<\/b>. Kako pa to storimo?<\/p>\n<h2>Privo\u0161\u010dite si dovolj spanja<\/h2>\n<p>Med spanjem se namre\u010d vzdr\u017euje hormonsko ravnovesje, zlasti hormonov kortizola in melatonina. Oba igrata pomembno vlogo pri delovanju na\u0161ega <b>imunskega sistema<\/b>, ki nas ubrani tako pred virusnimi kot tudi bakterijskimi obolenji. \u010ce se le da, se v posteljo odpravite pred polno\u010djo, saj bo tako spanje najbolj u\u010dinkovito.<\/p>\n<h2>Poskrbite za fizi\u010dno aktivnost<\/h2>\n<p>\u0160e posebej v zimskih mesecih, ko se kaj hitro raje odlo\u010dimo za pole\u017eavanje na toplem, je pomembno, da na\u010drtno poskrbimo za zadostno fizi\u010dno aktivnost. In ne le v zaprtih prostorih, na primer telovadnicah in fitnes centrih, klju\u010dno je tudi, da se odpravimo na sve\u017e zrak. Pa \u010deprav je zunaj mraz in ni ni\u010d kaj prijetno. Priporo\u010deno pa je dihanje skozi nos, saj je nos filter za viruse, hkrati pa tako v na\u0161a plju\u010da pride \u017ee ogret zrak.<\/p>\n<h2>Klju\u010dna je tudi ustrezna prehrana<\/h2>\n<p>U\u017eivajte sve\u017ee sadje, \u010de je le mogo\u010de, tak\u0161no, ki je brez \u0161kodljivih aditivov in konzervansov:<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<b>mango<\/b>: vsebuje vitamine A, B, C in E, ki prepre\u010duje oku\u017ebe in prehladna obolenja, pomirja ter daje energijo v stresnih situacijah;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<b>grenivka<\/b>: vsebuje vitamin C in zato prepre\u010duje bakterijska in virusna obolenja ter krepi imunski sistem;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<b>\u0161ipek<\/b>: vsebuje veliko vitamina C, najpogosteje pa iz \u0161ipka skuhamo \u010daj.<\/p>\n<p>Pred obolenji pa vas \u0161\u010diti tudi <b>zelenjava<\/b>, ki vsebuje veliko karotina, kot je korenje, paradi\u017enik, solata, \u0161pina\u010da, blitva, brokoli, zelje, ohrovt, motovilec. Blagodejno je tudi u\u017eivanje surovega \u010desna in hrena ter \u010daj, ki si ga pripravite iz sve\u017eega ingverja.<\/p>\n<h2>Vitamin C \u2013 zmagovalec v boju proti gripi in prehladu<\/h2>\n<p>Molekule vitamina C prodrejo v bele krvni\u010dke, ki so klju\u010dne pri obrambi pred virusi in bakterijami, in jih okrepijo. Potrebno dnevno koli\u010dino vitamina C v telo vnesete s sve\u017eim sokom ene limone, lahko pa izberete tudi kak\u0161no od prehranskih dopolnil, ki jih je na tr\u017ei\u0161\u010du kar precej.<\/p>\n<h2>Prepre\u010dite prenos virusov<\/h2>\n<p>V \u010dasu <b>prehlada <\/b>in <b>gripe <\/b>si redno in temeljito umivajte roke z milom in toplo vodo (po mo\u017enosti jih tudi razku\u017eite z razku\u017eilom), saj se virusi \u0161irijo predvsem z dotikanjem, na primer rokovanjem.
