Katera pa so tista \u017eivila, na katera prisegajo celo strokovnjaki za prehrano in jih imajo vedno na zalogi? Poglejmo.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Avokado<\/h2>\n<p>Avokado je z eno besedo super\u017eivilo. Je eno izmed top 5 \u017eivil z zdravimi ma\u0161\u010dobami, zni\u017euje holesterol, mo\u017egane napolni z dopaminom, ki skrbi za na\u0161 metabolizem in nam pomaga ohranjati zdravo telesno te\u017e. Poskrbi pa tudi za zdrave mi\u0161ice, \u017eiv\u010devje in krvo-\u017eilni sistem. Iz njega lahko naredimo namaz, ga nare\u017eemo v solato ali si naredimo odli\u010den smoothie z banano.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Limone in tudi drugi citrusi<\/h2>\n<p>Limonin sok nas ne oskrbi zgolj z velko koli\u010dino vitamina C, ki dviguje imunski sistem. Dokazano je u\u010dinkovit tudi pri prepre\u010devanju in zdravljenju vseh vrst raka. Prav tako u\u010dinkuje proti parazitom v \u010drevesju, uravnava visok krvni pritisk in delovanje \u017eiv\u010devja ter deluje antidepresivno, hkrati pove\u010duje raven dobrega holesterola. Limonin sok lahko vedno dodamo v vodo ali si ga stisnemo na solato namesto kisa.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Jagodiv\u010devje<\/h2>\n<p>Robide, borovnice, jagode ali maline \u2013 vsi na\u0161teti sade\u017ei vsebujejo antioksidante in so polni vitaminov. Vplivajo tudi na zni\u017eevanje krvnega pritiska. Za pozitivne u\u010dinke je dovolj \u017ee ena porcija jagodi\u010devja na teden. \u010ce dodamo k temu \u0161e, da se, \u010de pri kuhanju uporabimo pol skodelice kislih \u017eivil, kot so citrusi, jagodi\u010devje ali paradi\u017enik, vnos \u017eeleza izbolj\u0161a za 33 odstotkov, je jagodi\u010devje nujno \u017eivilo v vsakem hladlniku. Dodamo jima lahko sadje ali ju uporabimo kot nadev.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Doma\u010da jajca<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"5 razlogov, zakaj je pametno jesti jajca\" href=\"http:\/\/www.moski.si\/sodoben-moski\/moje-zdravje\/5-razlogov-zakaj-je-pametno-jesti-jajca\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Jajca<\/span> <\/a>vsebujejo veliko zelo kvalitetnih proteinov, so polna vitamina B, zni\u017eujejo mo\u017enost za nastanek raka in pove\u010dujejo koncentracijo. Pripravimo jih lahko hitro &#8211; bodisi pe\u010dena, mehko ali trdo kuhana. \u010ce imamo na zalogi nekaj trdo kuhanih jajc, ki jih dodamo k jutranjemu sendvi\u010du, \u0161e toliko bolje.<\/p>\n<h2>7. \u010ci\u010derikin namaz<\/h2>\n<p>Ni pomembno le, kak\u0161en kruh jemo, temve\u010d tudi, kaj nama\u017eemo nanj. Doma\u010d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/recepti\/predjedi-prigrizki\/recept-cicerikin-namaz-s-cebulo\/http:\/\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u010di\u010derikin namaz<\/span><\/a> je prakti\u010dno najbolj\u0161i ne\u017eivalski vir beljakovin, ki je hkrati bogat s folno kislino. Odli\u010dno se prilega k prepre\u010dencu z maslom, uporabimo pa ga lahko tudi kot nadev za tortilje. \u0160e en zelo zdrav namaz je biolo\u0161ko ara\u0161idovo maslo, ki je bogato z zdravimi beljakovinami in ma\u0161\u010dobami.
