Velik del k dobremu razpolo\u017eenju pa doda obdarovanje.<\/p>\n<p>Je pa prazni\u010dno obdobje lahko tudi zelo stresno in pri nekaterih ljudeh \u0161e dodatno spro\u017ea simptome depresije. Na sre\u010do so strokovnjaki odkrili nekaj tehnik, s katerimi lahko prepre\u010di\u0161 stresne situacije in tako zmanj\u0161a\u0161 tveganje depresije.<\/p>\n<h2>Imej realna pri\u010dakovanja&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>V ve\u010dini filmov, revijah in televizijskih oddajah prikazujejo praznike in njihovo praznovanje kot popolne dogodke, s popolno \u0161unka in potico, vsi so nasmejani in celo hi\u0161a ter novoletna smrekica sta popolno okra\u0161eni.<\/p>\n<p>Vendar pa v resnici prazni\u010dni dogodki le redko minejo brez kakr\u0161nihkoli zapletov. Za mnoge so bili to \u010darobni dnevi, ob katerih so za\u010dutili posebno toplino ob dru\u017eenju z dru\u017einskimi \u010dlani in prijatelji. To je bilo obdobje obdarovanja v katerem so nam star\u0161i, strici, tete, babice in dedki uresni\u010devali \u017eelje, ki smo jih na skrivaj zaupali dedku mrazu.<br \/>\nVendar pa z leti, ko \u010dlovek odraste, to obdobje poleg daril s seboj prinese tudi veliko stresa;\u00a0 finan\u010dni deficit v denarnici povezan z nakupi daril, potovanja k sorodnikom, na\u010drtovanje vseh obveznosti in pa spominjanje na tiste, ki so preminuli in jih za praznike ne bo v na\u0161i dru\u017ebi.<\/p>\n<p>Zato ceni svoje spomine in si jih zapomni za vedno, vendar pa se le teh ne posku\u0161aj oprijemati in pri\u010dakovati popolnosti iz otro\u0161kih dni.<\/p>\n<h2>Izogibaj se nakupovalnim centrom&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Nakupovalna sredi\u0161\u010da so odli\u010dna lokacija za ob\u010dudovanje izlo\u017eb, vendar pa \u010de si eden izmed milijonov ljudi, katerih denarnica ni sod brez dna, se tak\u0161nih mest raje izogibaj.<br \/>\nKombinacija vseh tistih stvari, ki si jih \u017eeli\u0161 in denarnice, ki te opozarja na to koliko si zares lahko \u017eeli\u0161, je samo spro\u017eilec, ki lahko spro\u017ei depresijo. Namesto, da bi si vzeli \u010das zase in najbli\u017eje, ska\u010demo okoli po razli\u010dnih zabavah, na katere pa moramo navadno tudi kaj prinesti in kjer ve\u010dine ljudi sploh ne poznamo.<\/p>\n<p>Ne po\u010duti se, kot da mora\u0161 na vsako vabilo pritrditi pozitivno in se ga udele\u017eiti. Na\u0161tudiraj svoj urnik in si izberi le tiste dogodke, na katere si zares \u017eeli\u0161 iti in kjer bodo ljudje ob katerih se dobro po\u010duti\u0161.<\/p>\n<h2>Posku\u0161aj spremeniti scenarij&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>So prazniki postali rutina? Te du\u0161ijo vedno ista dru\u017eba, zmrzovanje na prostem ali pa si se\u00a0 samo naveli\u010dal vedno istega dogajanje na praznovanjih? Vzemi stvari v svoje roke in jih spremeni, poskusi nekaj novega!<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce ti finan\u010dno stanje omogo\u010da, se za spremembo odpravi nekam na toplo. Namesto, da si prazni\u010dno kosilo\/ve\u010derjo kuha\u0161 sam, se odpravi v restavracijo &#8211; naj oni poskrbijo zate. Predlagaj prijateljem kaj novega\/druga\u010dnega, naj ne bo pre\u017eivljanje praznikov enako kot vsako drugo praznovanje.<\/p>\n<h2>Izpusti nepomembne re\u010di&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Vsi si \u017eelimo, da bi bili prazniki kar se da popolni, vendar v tej \u017eelji lahko hitro pregorimo. Ljudje si enostavno nalo\u017eijo preve\u010d opravkov kot so jih sposobni postoriti. Ni potrebno, da je vsak del hi\u0161e ovit v lu\u010dke in tudi pri pripravljanju pojedine ni treba pretiravati in skrbeti, da bo zgledala tako kot da jo je pripravil Jamie Oliver. Ne opremljaj hi\u0161e z izdelki iz razli\u010dnih reklam, za katere ogla\u0161evalci zagotavljajo, da bodo prazniki z njimi popolni.
