Joga je bila prvotno torej namenjena mo\u0161kim!<\/p>\n<h2>Zakaj mo\u0161ki ne hodijo na jogo?<\/h2>\n<p>Ljudje danes ve\u010dinoma dobro poznajo koristi redne vadbe joge. Joga laj\u0161a stres, pove\u010da koncentracijo, izbolj\u0161a dr\u017eo, razpolo\u017eenje, skratka laj\u0161a veliko te\u017eav.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce vas pot zanese na vadbo joge, ste najbr\u017e opazili, da tam skoraj ni mo\u0161kih. Velika sre\u010da je, \u010de sta dva ali trije. Poraja se vpra\u0161anje zakaj ni mo\u0161kih na jogo? Joga je postala nekako feminizirana, nemo\u0161ka. Pa vendar vas bo joga okrepila, postali boste mo\u010dnej\u0161i, vzdr\u017eljivej\u0161i. Joga je izziv, da vsak dan postanete bolj\u0161a izvedba samega sebe. Joga vas bo nau\u010dila kako najti udobje in umirjen dih v te\u017ekih asanah (postavitvah), kar se preslika v \u017eivljenje, da boste obdr\u017eali pokon\u010dnost, miren dih tudi v najbolj zahtevnih in te\u017ekih situacijah.<\/p>\n<p>Veliko profesionalnih \u0161portnikov dandanes vklju\u010duje v svoj trening tudi jogo. Da se umirijo, uravnote\u017eijo, pove\u010dajo fokus, zbranost in umirjenost.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Dragi mo\u0161ki, zakaj torej joga?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><i><b>1. Joga<\/b><\/i><i><b> <\/b><\/i><i><b>bla\u017ei bole\u010dine<\/b><\/i><i><b> <\/b><\/i><i><b>in po\u0161kodbe.<\/b><\/i><i><b> <\/b><\/i>Veliko mo\u0161kih trpi zaradi po\u0161kodb in bole\u010din v predelu hrbta, kolen in sklepov. Pri jogi uporabljamo nadzorovane gibe in preko diha odpiramo svoje telo. Prednost dajemo varnosti in poravnavi, prepre\u010dujemo izvajanje preko svojih meja. Izziv je ostati na varni strani, a da vendarle napredujemo. Tako laj\u0161amo bole\u010dine in po\u0161kodbe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Joga ohranja va\u0161e telo fit, pro\u017eno in mo\u010dno.<\/strong> S potrpe\u017eljivostjo in redno prakso, boste okrepili mi\u0161ice in pove\u010dali tonus mi\u0161ic, tudi tistih, za katere niste vedeli da jih imate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0<i><b>Joga<\/b><\/i><i><b> je zabavna. <\/b><\/i>Nau\u010dili se boste u\u017eivati v praksi, ki ni tekmovalna. Ve\u010dinoma mo\u0161ki izhajate iz tekmovalnega okolja, pa naj bo to slu\u017eba ali \u0161port. S pomo\u010djo se boste nau\u010dili tudi da ni potrebno jemati vsega smrtno resno in da ni edini cilj zmaga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Z jogo si boste <i><b>izbolj\u0161ali prehrano, spanec in splo\u0161no zdravje<\/b><\/i>. Ugotovili boste da med jogo va\u0161 umi miruje, da ne razmi\u0161ljate o slu\u017ebi, \u0161portu, dru\u017eini, o te\u017eavah. Na\u0161li boste svoj mir. \u017deleli boste slediti potrebi po bolj zdravem na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Joga vas bo nau\u010dila<i><b> \u017eiveti \u017eivljenje bolj polno. <\/b><\/i>Naj si vam bo v\u0161e\u010d ko\u0161arka, nogomet, pohodni\u0161tvo, tek ali potovanja, z jogo se boste nau\u010dili bolj pozorno opazovati. Ugotovili boste, da je bolj pomembneje se dobro po\u010dutiti kot le zmagati.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>6. Joga<\/b><\/i><i><b> <\/b><\/i><i><b>pove\u010duje storilnost in bla\u017ei stres<\/b><\/i><i><b>. <\/b><\/i>\u0160tevilni izzivi, ki jih sre\u010dujete v vsakodnevnem \u017eivljenju, bodo postali enostavnej\u0161i. Ostali boste mirni in \u00bbpri stvari\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Joga je<\/b><b> <\/b><b>vrelec mladosti<\/b>. Poleg vseh ostalih koristi se boste po\u010dutili mlaj\u0161e in bolj fit. Bolj kot si lahko sploh mislite.<\/p>\n<p>Vse to se zgodi ob redni praksi joge. Vse, kar potrebujete je le potrpe\u017eljivost in \u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Zato le pogumno na blazino!
