{"id":186920,"date":"2017-01-10T09:56:44","date_gmt":"2017-01-10T08:56:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=186920"},"modified":"2017-01-10T09:59:09","modified_gmt":"2017-01-10T08:59:09","slug":"ze-aktiven-vikend-zadosca-za-izboljsanje-zdravja-je-pokazala-studija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/zdrav-duh-telo\/ze-aktiven-vikend-zadosca-za-izboljsanje-zdravja-je-pokazala-studija\/","title":{"rendered":"\u017de aktiven vikend zado\u0161\u010da za izbolj\u0161anje zdravja, je pokazala \u0161tudija"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"text\">\n<p>Strokovnjaki trenutno priporo\u010dajo 150 minut zmerne fizi\u010dne aktivnosti na teden oziroma 75 minut bolj intenzivne aktivnosti, poro\u010da francoska tiskovna agencija AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Strokovnjaki v ponedeljek objavljeni raziskavi so ugotovili, da so posamezniki, ki telovadijo le ob sobotah in nedeljah, enako dobro poskrbeli za svoje zdravje, kot tisti, ki telovadijo vsaj trikrat na teden.<\/p>\n<p>V \u0161tudiji, ki je bila objavljena v znanstveni reviji ameri\u0161kega zdravstvenega zdru\u017eenja JAMA Internal Medicine, je sodelovalo skoraj 64.000 odraslih, starej\u0161ih od 40 let, iz Anglije in \u0160kotske. Razdelili so jih v \u0161tiri skupine: neaktivni, nezadostno aktivni, &#8220;vikend bojevniki&#8221;, torej tisti, ki so telesno aktivni konec tedna, in redno aktivni.<\/p>\n<p>Vse tri skupine, ki so bile vsaj malo aktivne, so se v \u0161tudiji odrezale bolje od neaktivnih.<\/p>\n<p>V primerjavi med neaktivnimi odraslimi in &#8220;vikend bojevniki&#8221; so slednji za 30 odstotkov manj ogro\u017eeni, da bodo umrli zaradi razli\u010dnih zdravstvenih te\u017eav. Za pribli\u017eno 40 odstotkov manj verjetno je tudi, da bodo &#8220;vikend bojevniki&#8221; umrli zaradi krvo\u017eilnih bolezni in 18 odstotkov manj verjetno, da bodo umrli zaradi raka.<\/p>\n<p>Podobni u\u010dinki pa so vidni celo pri ljudeh, ki se ne gibajo dovolj ter tistih, ki se gibljejo vsaj trikrat tedensko.<\/p>\n<p>Kot fizi\u010dno aktivnost pa raziskovalci niso upo\u0161tevali le o\u010ditnih \u0161portnih aktivnosti, ampak tudi na primer vrtnarjenje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zelo spodbudno je, da je fizi\u010dna aktivnost samo enkrat ali dvakrat tedensko povezana z zmanj\u0161ano nevarnostjo smrti in to celo med ljudmi, ki so vsaj malo aktivni, vendar ne dose\u017eejo priporo\u010denih standardov,&#8221; je povedal eden od avtorjev \u0161tudije, pridru\u017eeni profesor Univerze v Sydneyju Emmanuel Stamatakis.<\/p>\n<p>Vseeno pa raziskovalci priporo\u010dajo, da posamezniki dose\u017eejo priporo\u010dene standarde ali so celo bolj aktivni.<\/p>\n<p>Avtorji so opozorili na nekatere omejitve \u0161tudije, saj morda ni prave povezave med vzrokom in u\u010dinkom, ker \u0161tudija temelji na prebivalcih Velike Britanije, ki so sami izpolnili ankete. Tako so v 18 letih, kolikor je trajala, sami morali oceniti intenzivnost in \u010das trajanja svoje vadbe. Kar 90 odstotkov vpra\u0161anih je bilo belcev, zato ugotovitev morda ne gre posplo\u0161evati na celotno prebivalstvo.<\/p>\n<p>Kljub omejitvam pa so avtorji izpostavili, da gre za &#8220;statisti\u010dno mo\u010dne&#8221; ugotovitve, ki pomenijo potrditev preteklih ugotovitev znanstvenikov na ameri\u0161ki univerzi v Harvardu.<\/p>\n<p>Strokovnjaki menijo, da fizi\u010dna aktivnost izbolj\u0161a zdravje posameznika, saj zmanj\u0161a raven holesterola, uravnava telesno te\u017eo, izbolj\u0161a spalne vzorce in zmanj\u0161a mo\u017enost bolezni srca, rakavih obolenj in sladkorne bolezni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Telesna aktivnost \u010dez vikend zado\u0161\u010da za izbolj\u0161anje zdravja, je pokazala \u0161tudija raziskovalcev britanske univerze v Loughboroughu in avstralske univerze v Sydneyju.
