Poleg tega, da je bilo \u017ee tako te\u017eko zamenjati kav\u010d za fitnes naprave, pa so ti treninge ote\u017eili \u0161e razli\u010dni tipi ljudi, ki jih najdemo v prav vsakem fitnes centru. V nadaljevanju ti bomo za la\u017eje prepoznavanje razli\u010dnih tipov le te podrobno opisali in ponudili nekaj nasvetov kako se z njimi soo\u010diti.<\/p>\n<h2>Tip 1: \u00bb\u017dival\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bb\u017dival\u00ab si verjetno spoznal \u017ee pri svojem prvem obisku fitnesa, ko si hodil naokoli in iskal najmanj grozljivo fitnes napravo, ki bi vsaj malo spominjala na kav\u010d iz tvoje dnevne sobe. Kar naenkrat si zasli\u0161al grozen zvok podoben kri\u010danju mo\u0161kega, ki rojeva. Prav si ugotovil, \u00bb\u017dival\u00ab so po navadi nabildani tipi, ki med dvigovanjem ute\u017ei na ves glas krulijo v stilu Schwarzeneggerja v filmu Conan the barbarian.<\/p>\n<p>Ni\u010d ni narobe, \u010de med izvajanjem vaj iz sebe spustimo nekaj glasu ter globoko vdihnemo in izdihnemo. To ti zna na za\u010detku pobrati vso motivacijo za nadaljevanje treninga.<\/p>\n<p>Obstaja pa \u0161e drug tip \u00bb\u00ab\u0160ampiona\u00ab in sicer so to tisti, ki pas nosijo tudi takrat, ko delajo z majhno te\u017eo ali celo na teka\u0161ki stezi in orbitreku. To so \u00bb\u0160ampion\u010dki\u00ab, ki pravzaprav ne poznajo pravega namena pasu, vendar se jim ta zdi kul in bi z njim radi pokazali vsem ostalim, da z njimi ni \u0161ale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj lahko stori\u0161?<\/strong> <em>\u010ce se no\u010de\u0161 po\u010dutiti kot majhna pun\u010dka, je najbolje po\u010dakati, da se \u00bb\u0160ampioni\u00ab odpravijo domov in se \u0161ele nato pribli\u017ea\u0161 napravam, ki so v njihovi bli\u017eini. Mogo\u010de te bodo vzeli za svojega!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Tip 3: \u00bbNepovabljen Svetovalec\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bbNepovabljen Svetovalec\u00ab (v nadaljevanju samo \u00bbSvetovalec\u00ab) je verjetno najbolj nadle\u017een od vseh tipov. Naprezanje med vadbo je za veliko ljudi \u017ee samo po sebi neprijetno po\u010detje, \u0161e posebej, \u010de ve\u0161 da te pri tem opazujejo drugi obiskovalci fitnesa. Tu pa nastopi \u0161e \u00bbSvetovalec\u00ab. To je tip, ki misli, da vse ve in se po\u010duti poklicanega, da pokomentira tvoje izvajanje vaj. Po navadi le kritizira tvojo napa\u010dno izvedbo vaje, namesto, da bi ti pokazal kako se vajo izvede pravilno. \u010ce ga \u017ee prepri\u010da\u0161, da ti pravilno izvedbo poka\u017ee, ti nato \u017eeli pokazati ve\u010d vrst razli\u010dnih vaj in kar na enkrat si v fitnesu prebil pol ure pri tem pa nisi niti malo za\u0161vical. \u0160e posebno radi se \u00bbSvetovalci\u00ab ukvarjajo z \u017eenskami! Zna\u010dilno za \u00bbSvetovalce\u00ab je tudi to, da si v fitnes centrih i\u0161\u010dejo prijatelje, ki jim kasneje \u017eelijo prodati razli\u010dne\u00a0preparate in dodatke.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj lahko stori\u0161?<\/strong> <em>V primeru, da te ogovori \u00bbSvetovalec\u00ab je najpametneje odkloniti pomo\u010d in za to raje prositi nekoga od zaposlenih v fitnesu. Tudi \u010de pomo\u010di v resnici ne potrebuje\u0161, bo pomo\u010d trenerja zagotovo odgnala \u00bbSvetovalca\u00ab.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Tip 4: \u00bbPotilec\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p>Obstaja velika verjetnost, da si med njimi tudi ti, zato ne bomo tako strogi pri opisovanju tega tipa. \u00bbPotilec\u00ab je \u010dlovek, ki med izvajanjem vaj izgleda kot pol \u010dlovek in pol sladoled. Je \u010disto premo\u010den in med izvajanjem vaj obstaja velik verjetnost, da te s svojim potom po\u0161kropi. Neprijetna zadeva!<br \/>\nNa \u017ealost \u00bbPotilec\u00ab ne more narediti veliko, da bi potenje prepre\u010dil, zagotovo pa lahko z uporabo deodoranta omili neprijeten vonj. V\u010dasih je vohanje tega huj\u0161e, kot\u00a0 \u010de bi te s potom dejansko po\u0161kropil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj lahko stori\u0161?<\/strong> <em>Kot pri vseh ostalih tipih, se je tudi \u00bbPotilcu\u00ab najla\u017eje izogniti. \u010ce ima\u0161 karakter, lahko o tem obvesti\u0161 zaposlene (ki se o tem po vsej verjetnosti \u017ee seznanjeni) in re\u0161evanje problema prepusti\u0161 njim. \u010ce pa si tudi sam \u00bbPotilec\u00ab, ti priporo\u010damo no\u0161enje dveh majic (\u0161e posebej primerne so spodnje \u00bb\u0161vic\u00ab majice) in uporabo deodoranta, ki bo ob potenju prepre\u010dil neprijeten vonj.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Tip 5: \u00bbBoksar\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p>Verjetno najbolj sme\u0161ni so prav \u00bbBoksarji\u00ab. To so tipi, ki po vsaki seriji (ni va\u017eno katero mi\u0161ico trenirajo) demonstrirajo nekaj boksarskih udarcev. Izgleda, kot da bi \u017eeleli po vsaki vaji preveriti ali niso morda preve\u010d nabildali rok, zaradi \u010desar ne bi bili ve\u010d sposobni knockoutirati nasprotnika. Problem nastane, ko pri izvajanju kro\u0161ejev in direktov nevarno gledajo prav vate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj lahko stori\u0161?<\/strong> <em>Tu obstaja ena in edina stvar \u2013 obrni se stran in sam pri sebi \u0161e naprej jokaj od smeha. \u010ce se bo\u0161 pozabil obrniti, se zna zgoditi, da bo\u0161 kon\u010dal kot boksarska vre\u010da. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Tip 6: \u00bbSnegulj\u010dica\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p>Zrcalce, zrcalce na steni povej, kdo najbolj nabildan v de\u017eeli je tej?! Verjetno se kaj takega plete v glavi \u00bbSnegulj\u010dic\u00ab, ki se po koncu vsake serije ogledujejo v ogledalu. Zagotovo pa fitnes centri niso polni ogledal zato, da se \u00bbSnegulj\u010dice\u00ab po kon\u010dani vadbi nastavljajo pred ogledalom in ob\u010dudujejo svoje napete tricepse, bicepse, kvadricepse, itd. S tem enostavno delajo gne\u010do in motijo ostale obiskovalce. \u010ce brez ob\u010dudovanja v ogledalu ne morejo, lahko to storijo v garderobi ali \u0161e bolje \u2013 doma.
