Sploh, \u010de zjutraj nima\u0161 teka za obilen zajtrk, bo hranilen in zdrav napitek dobra alternativa.<\/p>\n<h2>Teko\u010di zajtrk<\/h2>\n<p>Ultimativni &#8216;teko\u010di zajtrk&#8217; si pripravi\u0161 tako, da vanj vklju\u010di\u0161 tako sve\u017ee sadje oz. zelenjavo, ki ti bodo dale vitamine, antioksidante, sladkor in vlaknine, kot \u017eitarice za sestavljene ogljikove hidrate, vlaknine in druge hranilne snovi. Zaradi velike vsebnosti vlaknin smo od tak\u0161nih \u0161ejkov dlje siti, kombinacija sadnih (enostavnih) in sestavljenih sladkorjev, pa nas bo kratkoro\u010dno in dolgoro\u010dno oskrbela z energijo.<\/p>\n<h3>Sestavine za dva velika kozarca:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; banana, jabolko, pomaran\u010da, pest borovnic (zamrznjenih)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 kopaste \u017elice me\u0161anih \u017eitaric (muesli &#8211; vendar naraven, brez dodanega sladkorja!)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; olupljen kos ingverja, olupljen in narezan<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u017elica lanenih semen, lahko \u0161e nekaj indijskih ore\u0161\u010dkov ali mandljev<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 dlc teko\u010dine: vode\/kokosove vode\/sojinega, ri\u017eevega ali ovsenega mleka<\/p>\n<p>Zmiksamo v blenderju ali obi\u010dajnem me\u0161alniku. Tudi s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom bo \u0161lo!<\/p>\n<p>Kar ne bo\u0161 spil takoj, lahko v <em>\u0161ejkerju<\/em> za \u0161portne napitke nese\u0161 sabo v slu\u017ebo, ali pa si prihrani\u0161 za popoldanski obrok. Prav tako lahko vklju\u010duje\u0161 poljubno sadje in zelenjavo (denimo rde\u010do peso ali \u0161pina\u010do). Pomembno je le, da sestava ustreza merilom uravnote\u017eenega obroka, kar pomeni, da napitek naj ne bo zgolj saden (sladkor!).
