Obi\u010dajen sekljalnik ni primeren, saj rabimo zelo drobne delce. Tudi v na\u0161ih trgovinah lahko kupimo mini stroj\u010dke za mletje za\u010dimb, kave in le\u0161nikov. \u0160ele ko so le\u0161niki zmleti v prah jih zme\u0161amo s preostalimi sestavinami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moji predlogi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le\u0161nike pra\u017eim pri 150\u00b0C saj pri tej temperaturi \u0161e ne nastajajo transma\u0161\u010dobne kisline. Te pa zagotovo nastajajo pri 220\u00b0C. Izberem biolo\u0161ko pridelane le\u0161nike, bio nerafinirano kokosovo mast (tista obi\u010dajna iz trgovin je primerna za cvrtje, ne za hranjenje z \u017elico, je pregreta, se pravi rafinirana in vsebuje transma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, medtem ko nerafinirana di\u0161i, pomaga pri zni\u017eevanju telesne te\u017ee,\u2026pravo prepoznamo po prijetnem vonju), namesto le\u0161nikovega dam orehovo olje, ker drugega v trgovini ni, a to je prav tako okusno in di\u0161i. Namesto ogromno sladkorja dodam le \u017elico doma\u010dega medu ali datljevo pasto, za zni\u017eevanje sladkorja v krvi pa \u0161e cimet. Meni je v\u0161e\u010d tudi okus ingverja, zato dodam ingver v prahu, ali pa limonino lupino iz biolo\u0161ko pridelanih limon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/recepti\/priloge\/recept-domaca-nutella\/galerija\/7-ka\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-229470\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-229470\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zenska.si\/files\/2014\/07\/7-ka-660x485.jpg\" alt=\"7-ka\" width=\"660\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2014\/07\/7-ka-320x235.jpg 320w, http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2014\/07\/7-ka-660x485.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Fruktoza namesto sladkorja?<\/h2>\n<p>Ne priporo\u010dam uporabe fruktoze, \u010deprav ima ni\u017eji glikemi\u010dni indeks (GI) od obi\u010dajnega belega sladkorja. Fruktoza ima GI 28, beli sladkor pa 100. To pomeni, da pri fruktozi sladkor v krvi ne posko\u010di tako hitro kot pri belem sladkorju, kar je posebej pomembno za tiste, ki so nagnjeni k sladkorni bolezni ali pa jo \u017ee imajo (ne glede na to ali gre za sladkorno bolezen \u00a0tipa 1 ali 2). Problem industrijsko pridelanega fruktoznega sladkorja je v tem, da ga menda skoraj v celoti pridobivajo iz gensko spremenjene koruze, kar povzro\u010da nastanek tumorjev v telesu. Zato fruktoza (to je sadni sladkor) iz datljev, rozin in kateregakoli drugega sladkega sadja ni noben problem za u\u017eivanje, \u010de mislimo s tem tudi na ustrezne koli\u010dine zau\u017eitega.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce sladkega ne smete u\u017eivati ali pa ste samo nagnjeni k debelosti, potem vas tudi rjavi sladkor ne bo re\u0161il, je pa precej bolj\u0161a re\u0161itev melasa (t.j. nepre\u010di\u0161\u010den sladkor v teko\u010di obliki, temno rjave barve, z malce neprijetnim okusom). Mimogrede: Visok GI imajo tudi pivo, bel kruh in pe\u010den krompir in sladko sadje. Pomagamo si tako, da zelo sladko sadje \u201crazred\u010dimo\u201d s \u00a0hrano, ki ima nizek GI. Zakaj je visok GI sploh problem? Visok GI povzro\u010da v krvi bliskovit poskok sladkorja, kar pomeni vi\u0161ek energije, tudi delovne. Seveda se tega nih\u010de ne bi branil, \u010de ne bi sledila tudi obratna reakcija v telesu, t.j. naglo pojemanje energije in velika utrujenost. To skrajno nihanje sladkorja v krvi pa ogro\u017ea na\u0161e zdravje, zato ni priporo\u010dljivo.<\/p>\n<p>Na splo\u0161no predpone bio in eko nerada uporabljam, saj namesto njih lahko re\u010dem kar, da je rastlina z doma\u010dega, \u010de se le da z bli\u017enjega vrta. \u010ce stvari niso prepra\u017eene in ocvrte \u00a0telesu dajejo antioksidante, kot re\u010demo v moderni terminologiji.<\/p>\n<p>Zdaj se ukvarjam \u0161e z mandlji, ki bi lahko nadomestili le\u0161nike. Lupljenje mandljev pa, kolikor sem brala, je mogo\u010de tako, da jih \u00a0potopim v vro\u010do vodo. Tako delajo pri izdelavi marcipana. Sem preizkusila in deluje.<\/p>\n<p>Pri mandljih je pa takole: \u010de kupite v trgovini ameri\u0161ke mandlje, te pred obiranjem \u0161korpijo z za\u0161\u010ditnim sredstvom zato, da se le enkrat obirajo. To je bolj ekonomi\u010dno.
