(Photoxpress)<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Kak\u0161ni hrani se je za ve\u010derjo bolj\u0161e izogniti?<\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u010derje naj ne sestavljajo mastne in kalori\u010dne jedi (npr. svinjina, pecivo, pica, bogato oblo\u017eeni sendvi\u010di z redilnimi sestavinami: mastnim sirom, \u0161unko ipd). Razlog je v tem,da ve\u010derji navadno ne sledi porabljanje kalorij s telesno vadbo, zato nima nobenega smisla, da zau\u017eijemo visoko energetske jedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010derja naj bo lahka, sestavljena iz jedi, ki ne napihujejo in s tem ne ote\u017eujejo na\u0161e prebave. Med hrano in pija\u010do, ki se ji je za ve\u010derjo najbolj\u0161e izogniti, sodijo: ocvrta hrana ( npr. riba, pi\u0161\u010danec, \u0161e posebej pa ocvrtki), mo\u010dno za\u010dinjena hrana in naravni sokovi (npr. limonada, pomaran\u010dni sok)-saj oba lahko razdra\u017eita ob\u010dutljivo \u017eelod\u010dno sluznico, pire krompir (\u0161e posebej tak\u0161en, ki je pripravljen s smetano), fi\u017eol in ostale stro\u010dnice (npr. le\u010da, bob)- saj radi napenjajo in povzro\u010dajo vetrove ter celo surova zelenjava.<\/p>\n<h2>Ve\u010der ni \u010das za sve\u017eo zelenjavo<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ceprav so solate odli\u010den vir mineralov in vlaknin, ki pripomorejo k hitrej\u0161i in la\u017eji prebavi, pa surova solata ni najbolj\u0161a izbira za ve\u010derjo. \u010ce jo boste zau\u017eili, naj bo kuhana, sicer se lahko zgodi, da vam bo neprijetno oble\u017eala v \u017eelodcu. Za ve\u010derjo je neprimeren tudi alkohol, va\u0161a prebava pa bo trpela tudi ob pija\u010dah z mehur\u010dki. (Photoxpress)<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Zdravo ve\u010derjo naj sestavlja lahko prebavljiva hrana<\/h2>\n<p>Zdrava prehrana priporo\u010da prete\u017eno beljakovinsko ve\u010derjo, kar pomeni, da si lahko privo\u0161\u010dite pi\u0161\u010danca ali ribo na \u017earu, ribo v konzervi, pusto skuto, navadni jogurt, pri tem pa denimo popijete kozarec navadne vode, zeli\u0161\u010dni \u010daj ali pa kakav, saj naj bi imel pomirjevalni u\u010dinek. \u010ceprav nekateri zatrjujejo, da za ve\u010derjo pravzaprav ne bi smeli ni\u010desar jesti, pa je to precej nesmiselno, \u0161e posebej, \u010de je od kosila minilo \u017ee ve\u010d ur in ste \u017ee po\u0161teno la\u010dni. Odli\u010dna ideja za ve\u010derjo so tudi doma pripravljene juhe: npr. bu\u010dkina, kumari\u010dna, goveja, zelenjavna, saj so lahko prebavljive in polne mineralov.<\/p>\n<h2>In \u010de nas zve\u010der zagrabi lakota?<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce pa nas sredi no\u010di ponovno zagrabi lakota, najprej spijmo kozarec vode, \u0161ele nato si privo\u0161\u010dimo kak\u0161en gri\u017eljaj: npr. banano ali pest ore\u0161\u010dkov. Tak\u0161na je \u017ee omenjena \u0161tudentska prehrana (ore\u0161\u010dki, mandeljni, le\u0161niki itd.), borovnice, paradi\u017enik, bu\u010dna semena itd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ali je zve\u010der sploh zdravo jesti?
