Sol<\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u010dji vnos soli telo dehidrira, saj ledvice pove\u010dano izlo\u010dajo teko\u010dino iz njega. To se ka\u017ee tudi na na\u0161i ko\u017ei, saj se voda izlo\u010da iz celil in je zaradi tega ko\u017ea nagubana in mlahava.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Rde\u010de meso<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce ga u\u017eivate ve\u010d kot dvakrat tedensko, je zagotovo tudi to razlog, zakaj imate ve\u010d gub na obrazu. Je namre\u010d te\u017eje prebavljivo in tako se \u0161kodljive snovi dlje zadr\u017eujejo v na\u0161em organizmu.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ogljikovi hidrati<\/h2>\n<p>Preve\u010d ogljikovih hidratov v telesu lahko \u0161koduje kolagenu, zaradi katerega je \u00a0ko\u017ea napeta, mladostna in sijo\u010da. Toda niso vsi ogljikovi hidrati slabi. Tisti, ki se jih moramo znebiti, so sladki pribolj\u0161ki, pekovski izdelki ter testenine iz bele moke. Po drugi strani pa so polnozrnate \u017eitarice \u0161e kako dobrodo\u0161le v na\u0161em telesu.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Umetna sladila<\/h2>\n<p>Aspartam je naziv za sinteti\u010dno, zelo intenzivno sladilo, ki se uporablja v dietnih napitkih. Prav to sladilo pa spro\u017ea negativne metaboli\u010dne procese v organizmu, povzro\u010da gube in vpliva na nivo hormonov.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Ocvrta hrana<\/h2>\n<p>Ne samo, da vsebuje velike koli\u010dine olja, ampak tudi transma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki negativno vplivajo na ko\u017eo, ledvice in jetra, ter normalno delovanje vseh notranjih organov.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Sladice iz rafiniranega sladkorja<\/h2>\n<p>Velike koli\u010dine sladkorja dvigajo nivo inzulina in trenutno pove\u010dajo energijo, hitro po tem pa nivo sladkorja v krvi hitro upade. Rezultat tega je ob\u010dutek utrujenosti in iz\u010drpanosti. Sladkor pa vpliva tudi na zunanji izgled in da to, da je ko\u017ea videti utrujena in brez \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Ocvrte sladice<\/h2>\n<p>Sladice kot so pecivo in krofi poskrbijo za enkratni dvig energije, po tem pa sledi ob\u010dutek iz\u010drpanosti. Poleg vsega pa vsebujejo velike koli\u010dine ma\u0161\u010dob, ki dolgo ostanejo v telesu in obremenjujejo delovanje organov.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Suhomesnati izdelki<\/h2>\n<p>V njih se nahaja velika koli\u010dina soli in natrija, kar pripelje do dehidracije organizma in posledi\u010dno nastanka gub. Edini na\u010din, da se upremo temu efektu je, da pove\u010damo vnos teko\u010dine.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Mo\u010dno za\u010dinjena hrana<\/h2>\n<p>\u017de res, da so nekatere za\u010dimbe dobre za na\u0161 metabolizem, toda ko gre za ko\u017eo, lahko vplivajo tudi na neenakomeren ten ko\u017ee in pove\u010dane kapilare. Pri tem je govora predvsem o peko\u010dih za\u010dimbah, ki bi se jim bilo treba izogniti oziroma jih u\u017eivati zelo zmerno.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>10.
