Nikar ne delajte tega, preprosto \u0161kodljive hidrate in ma\u0161\u010dobe zamenjajte za zdrave \u2013 sladkor in belo moko za polnozrnate \u017eitarice, nasi\u010dene \u017eivalske ma\u0161\u010dobe pa za zdrave omega 3-6-9. Nikakor ne stradajte, raje imejte 5 manj\u0161ih obrokov na dan, saj boste na ta na\u010din oskrbljeni z energijo in ne boste \u010dutili lakote. Ob tem boste ohranjali zdravo in enakoerno raven sladkorja v krvi in pravzaprav \u017eiveli svojo &#8220;dieto&#8221;, ne da bi jo slpoh opazili.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 lang=\"sl-SI\">Vadba<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pri huj\u0161anu in zdravem na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja je vadba pomemben dela vsakdana. Vitki in fit ljudje so aktivni in se zdravo prehranjujejo. To je vsa umetnost. Pomembno je, da si izberete vadbo, ki vam ustreza, hkrati pa je dovolj intenzivna, da vam pomaga pri oblikovanju postave. Nau\u010diti se morate pravilne izvedbe vaj, saj se lahko v nasprotnem primeru po\u0161kodujete, v manj \u010drnem scenariju pa samo ni u\u010dinka. Ne pozabite, da je tudi po\u010ditek del vadbe, zato imejte intenzivne treninge 4x na teden, ostale dneve pa po\u010divajte, da se mi\u0161ice lahko regenerirajo.
