Obroki morajo biti sestavljeni v razmerju 40-30-30, kar pomeni, da pri vsakem obroku zau\u017eijemo 40%kalorij iz ogljikovih hidratov, 30% kalorij iz beljakovin in 30% kalorij iz ma\u0161\u010dob. Pri tem moramo paziti, da so posamezni deli sestavljeni iz kakovostnih OH, beljakovin in ma\u0161\u010dob, katere sestavine so to, nas u\u010dita knjigi <em>\u017divljenje v ZONI<\/em> in <em>Prehranjevanje po ZONI<\/em> avtorjev dr. Barry Sears in dr. Riccardo Pina, ki sta dieto ustvarila.<\/p>\n<p>Morda kot zanimivost, ogljikovi hidrati v dieti Zona ve\u010dinoma prihajajo iz sadja, zelenjave in ore\u0161\u010dkov in ne iz kruha, krompirja, testenin in ostalih pri nas obi\u010dajnih prilog, brez katerih Slovenci prakti\u010dno ne moremo. Prehranjevanje po zoni ima \u0161e dve pomembni pravili, namre\u010d da posameznega del na kro\u017eniku ne sme biti ve\u010dji od na\u0161e dlani in da med glavnimi obroki ne sme miniti ve\u010d kot pet ur. Vmes moramo pojesti \u0161e dva manj\u0161a obroka in nekaj malega tudi pred spanjem. Primerna je tudi za vegetarijance.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Z Zono se boste izognili kroni\u010dnim boleznim in po\u010dutili se boste bolje. Ne boste ob\u010dutili lakote in \u017ee po desetih dneh boste opazili, da izgubljate odve\u010dne ma\u0161\u010dobe,&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>je povedal dr. Barry Sears med obiskom v Ljubljani. Sears je \u017ee takoj na za\u010detku sre\u010danja poudarjal, da ne gre za shuj\u0161evalno dieto, temve\u010d za pot do zdravega \u017eivljenja, ki pa kot posledico prina\u0161a tudi zdravo in lepo telo ter dobro po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n<h2>Zona spravi slabe gene nazaj v ravnovesje<\/h2>\n<p>Kot je na predstavitvi diete in knjige povedal dr. Sears, zona razume hrano kot drogo:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Vedeti moramo, kaj u\u017eivamo, koliko in kdaj, ter kak\u0161ne u\u010dinke ima zau\u017eito \u017eivilo na na\u0161e telo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u010cisto vsak posameznik ima namre\u010d dolo\u010dene genske preddispozicije. Mnoge so slab\u0161e, kot bi bilo za\u017eeleno \u2013 za nekatere je to prekomerna te\u017ea, za druge diabetes, rak ali\u00a0 alzheimerjeva bolezen. \u010ceprav genov ne moremo spremeniti, lahko z Zono ponovno vzpostavimo njihovo ravnovesje, trdita avtorja. Hkrati pa lahko dnevno v telo vnesemo \u0161e 400 do 600 kalorij iz kategorije zelenjave ali sadja. Pomembno je, da nekaj kalorij vnesemo tudi s pravilno izbiro ma\u0161\u010dob. Pri slednjih daje Zona prednost omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnim kislinam, ki jih pogosto zau\u017eijemo premalo, preve\u010d pa naj bi zau\u017eili omega 6 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin (z njimi je na primer bogato son\u010dni\u010dno olje) Posledica poru\u0161enega razmerja je tiho vnetje, ki je vzrok \u0161tevilnih sodobnih bolezni, med drugim pa povzro\u010da tudi debelost.<\/p>\n<h2>Primer jedilnika<\/h2>\n<p>Da si bomo la\u017eje predstavljali, kako deluje Zona, poglejmo primer jedilnika, ki smo ga izbrskali iz knjige Prehranjevanje po Zoni. Ta je \u017ee prevedena v sloven\u0161\u010dino, jedilniki pa so prilagojeni \u017eivilom, ki jih u\u017eivamo pri nas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Primer mesnega jedilnika (kosilo)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 150 g pi\u010dan\u010djega mesa (5 blokov beljakovin)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; zelena solata (neomejeno)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 300 g paradi\u017enika + 120 g surovega koren\u010dka (2 bloka OH) ali 640 g blitve (2 bloka OH)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kivi (100 g) (1 blok OH)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cela in 2\/3 \u010dajne \u017elice (7,5 g) ekstra devi\u0161kega olj\u0161+\u010dnega olja (5 blokov ma\u0161\u010dob)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Primer vegetarijanskega jedilnika<\/strong> (kosilo)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 125 g sejtana<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250 g kumaric<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 125 g sojinega jogurta<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 160 g \u010debule<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 20 g ovsenih kosmi\u010dev<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pol limone &#8211; naribana lupinica<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 ju\u0161na \u017elica gor\u010di\u010dnih semen<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 \u010dajna \u017elica ekstra devi\u0161kega olj\u010dnega olja<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sol in poper po okusu<\/p>\n<p>Sejtan pope\u010deom v ponvi ali na \u017earu, iz ostalih sestavin pripravimo kumari\u010dno solato<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2013\/09\/knjiga_prehranjevanje-po-zoni-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2013\/09\/knjiga_prehranjevanje-po-zoni-660x320.jpg 660w,http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2013\/09\/knjiga_prehranjevanje-po-zoni-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Kak\u0161ne u\u010dinke lahko pri\u010dakujemo in kdaj?<\/h2>\n<p>Avtorja diete za za\u010detek priporo\u010data, da preizkusimo enotedensko dieto, za katero recepti so zapisani v zgoraj omenjeni knjigi. \u017de po prvem obroku naj bi ob\u010dutili ve\u010d energije, predvsem pa odsotnost lakote naslednjih pet ur (\u010deravno vmes zau\u017eijemo \u0161e en manj\u0161i obrok). Po enem tednu se bomo po\u010dutili toliko bolje, da z dieto ne bomo ve\u010d hoteli odnehati, pravita dr. Sears in dr. Pina. 7-10 dni je tudi \u010das, ko se poka\u017eejo prve izgube odve\u010dnih ma\u0161\u010dob. Prednost diete po Zoni je ta, da nismo nikoli la\u010dni, u\u017eivamo za telo zdravo razmerje \u017eivil, vseeno pa izgubimo nepotrebne, telesu \u0161kodljive in neza\u017eelene ma\u0161\u010dobe. In \u010de se pregre\u0161imo? Ni\u010d zato. Naslednji obrok enostavno znova sestavimo po Zoni.<\/p>\n<h2>In \u0161e nasvet avtorjev diete za vse, ki se po Zoni ne boste ravnali?<\/h2>\n<p>Avtorja knjige sta v Ljubljani povedala, da \u010detudi se Zone ne dr\u017eimo, lahko veliko naredimo za svoje zdravje in lepo telo tudi brez nje:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Za za\u010detek odstranite iz jedilnika vse, kar je belega &#8211; torej, bel kruh, bele testenine, bel krompir in bel ri\u017e. V prehrano vnesite \u010dim ve\u010d barvitih \u017eivil, to nam bo zagotovilo razli\u010dne potrebne vitamine in minerale. Spijte deci (in ne ve\u010d) kvalitetnega rde\u010dega vina, kot je pri vas Refo\u0161k. 1 dcl vsebuje toliko polifenolov kot en kilogram sadja.
