(PhotoXpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Z zdravo <strong>hrano<\/strong> lahko po mnogih izpovedih dose\u017eemo izjemno dobre rezultate pri razli\u010dnih boleznih sodobnega \u010dasa, ki so pogosto posledica pretirane izpostavljenosti <strong>stresu<\/strong>. \u010ce nam <strong>stres<\/strong> povzro\u010da \u017ee vsakdanje \u017eivljenje, ga omejimo vsaj na jedilniku!<\/p>\n<h2>Hrane enostavno ne kuhajte<\/h2>\n<p>Avtor knjige <em>\u017divljenje brez stresa<\/em>, Peter Newhouse, meni, da kuhana <strong>hrana<\/strong> povzro\u010da <strong>stres<\/strong>. \u201e<strong>Prehrana<\/strong> modernega \u010dloveka povzro\u010da ogromen prehrambeni in imunolo\u0161ki <strong>stres<\/strong>. Med pripravo in kuhanjem hrane se molekulske verige pretrgajo, se ve\u017eejo z drugimi molekulami \u010disto po naklju\u010dju in ustvarjajo nove \u2013 v\u010dasih zelo zapletene \u2013 molekularne oblike,\u201c pravi Peter Newhouse. Telo se na toplotno obdelano hrano odzove s hiperlevkocitozo \u2013 levkociti pa se \u201enamno\u017eijo\u201c takrat, ko morajo izlo\u010diti kako anormalno snov iz organizma; to je po Petru Newhouseu dokaz, da telo ni prilagojeno u\u017eivanju spremenjene (kuhane ali druga\u010de predelane) hrane, torej zanj kuhana <strong>hrana<\/strong> predstavlja <strong>stres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Ali hrana, ki jo jeste, povzro\u010da stres?<\/h2>\n<p>Po obi\u010dajni prehrani, ki ji mnogi re\u010dejo kar degenerativna prehrana, negativni rezultati niso vidni \u0161ele \u010dez mnogo let, ampak vsak dan. \u010ce ste po kosilu tako utrujeni, da morate telo obremeniti \u0161e z veliko skodelico mo\u010dne kave, imate dokaz za neustreznost obroka.<\/p>\n<p>Navodila za <strong>protistresno prehrano<\/strong> so zelo enostavna: jejte manj, manjkrat na dan, \u010dimbolj enostavno in izbirajte zdrava \u017eivila. Peter Newhouse pravi, da odraslim zadostujeta dva obroka dnevno, eden okoli poldneva in \u0161e en manj\u0161i proti ve\u010deru. Pri obroku jejte le dve ali tri \u017eivila hkrati.<\/p>\n<h2>Najslaj\u0161a hrana proti stresu: sadje<\/h2>\n<p>Odli\u010dna <strong>hrana proti stresu<\/strong> je sadje; izbirajte sezonsko sadje, kot so jabolka, slive, hru\u0161ke, \u010de\u0161nje, jagode, pa tudi eksoti\u010dno sadje, npr. ananas, banane, kivi, papaja, mango, datlji, kokos, pasijonka \u2026 Sadje jejte kar samo ali v solati, pripravite si smoothie \u2026 Sadje imejte vedno pri roki. Najbolj\u0161e je seveda organsko pridelano sadje, vendar je po Petru Newhouseu \u0161e bolj kot to pomembno, da ga jemo surovega in ne spreminjamo njegove molekularne sestave s kuhanjem.<\/p>\n<h2>Kal\u010dki: \u201enajbolj\u0161e oro\u017eje proti stresu\u201c<\/h2>\n<p>Najbolj \u201e\u017eiva\u201c <strong>hrana<\/strong> so kal\u010dki. Kal\u010dke lahko vzgojite tudi doma, tudi brez kalilnika (kar v steklenem kozarcu, pokritem z gazo). Kal\u010dke lahko dodajate solatam, \u017eitni kal\u010dki pa so primerni tudi za sladice. Kal\u010dki vsebujejo beljakovine, ogljikove hidrate in vitamine B komleksa ter magnezij, ki pomagajo v boju <strong>proti stresu<\/strong>. Kal\u010dki ne povzro\u010dajo prebavne utrujenosti, so poceni in enostavni za pripravo.<\/p>\n<h2>Beljakovinska hrana brez stresa<\/h2>\n<p>Sezite po ore\u0161kih, ki so odli\u010den vir beljakovin in zdravih ma\u0161\u010dob. Preizkusite manj znane ore\u0161ke, kot so orehi pekan, makadamija in indijski ore\u0161ki, ali pa se dr\u017eite doma\u010dih ore\u0161kov, kot so mandlji, le\u0161niki in navadni orehi. Ore\u0161ke jejte kot prigrizek, na solati, ali pa iz njih pripravite sir oz. mleko. Mleko iz ore\u0161kov pa pripravite iz npr. ene skodelice namo\u010denih mandljev in treh skodelic \u010diste vode, vse skupaj dobro zmiksate in precedite.<\/p>\n<h2>Hrana \u017eivalskega izvora<\/h2>\n<p>Ne jejte konzerviranih rib, ampak vedno sve\u017ee, surove ali posu\u0161ene. Navdih poi\u0161\u010dite v japonski kuhinji, ki je bogata z recepti za sushi s surovimi ribami in razli\u010dnimi drugimi ribjimi jedmi, ali pa poi\u0161\u010dite tradicionalne dalmatinske recepte.<\/p>\n<p>Jajca in meso vedno kupujte od kmeta, ki mu zaupate; najbolje, da poi\u0161\u010dete ekolo\u0161ko kmetijo v svoji okolici in tam kupujete le jajca in meso najvi\u0161je kvalitete. Na teden naj ne bi pojedli ve\u010d kot dve jajci. \u201eV prevelikih koli\u010dinah meso postane del za\u010daranega kroga po\u017eivil, ki vodijo v <strong>stres<\/strong>,\u201c pravi Peter Newhouse.<\/p>\n<p>Za sladilo uporabljajte naravni med, ki ga ne segrevajte. Preden kupite med, preverite, ali niso bile \u010debele nemara hranjene s sladkorjem. \u010cebele morajo jesti med.<\/p>\n<p>Tovrstna <strong>hrana<\/strong> vam ne bo povzro\u010dala <strong>stresa<\/strong> niti v kuhinji \u2013 zdrav obrok si namre\u010d iz surove <strong>hrane<\/strong> lahko pripravite tudi, ko \u201enimate \u010dasa\u201c.
