Zdrava je, ker vsebuje veliko vlaknin in proteinov pa tudi &#382;eleza. <\/p>\n<h2>Kefir <\/h2>\n<p>Tudi na kefir vse preve&#269;krat pozabimo, sploh na ra&#269;un &#8216;&#269;ude&#382;nih&#8217; jogurtov, ki naj bi nam pomagali pri bolj&scaron;i prebavi in huj&scaron;anju, v resnici pa so le polni sladkorja. Tako da se raje odlo&#269;i za kerif, ki je naraven, vsebuje pa ogromno kalcija in deluje probioti&#269;no. <\/p>\n<h2>Granatno jabolko <\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"record:tt_news:2154\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/RTEmagicC_5948ab6911.gif.gif\" height=\"10\" width=\"14\" alt=\"\"><b>Granatno jabolko<\/b><\/a> je &#269;ude&#382;no sadje, ki je polno antioksidantov, &scaron;&#269;iti na&scaron;e srce in o&#382;ilje, poleg tega pa skrbi tudi za lepo ko&#382;o. <\/p>\n<h2>Sardine <\/h2>\n<p>Veliko bi zase lahko naredili tudi, &#269;e bi na svoj jedilnik pogosteje uvrstili sardine, ki imajo veliko omega 3 ma&scaron;&#269;obnih kislin in pa vitamina D.
