Porcije kosmi&#269;ev delujejo kot nizkokalori&#269;ne, vendar to je zato, ker so porcije dokaj majhne in skromne. Prav zato radi pomislimo, da s kosmi&#269;i u&#382;ivamo zdravo hrano, vendar pri pregledovanju tabele hranljivih vrednosti moramo biti pozorni na stolpec, ki je namenjen opisovanju vrednosti 100 g izdelka in ne 40 g. Kosmi&#269;i so kalori&#269;ni in morali bi se uporabljati kot dodatek k jogurtu. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kebab<\/h2>\n<p>Eden najbolj priljubljenih prigrizkov s stojnic je kebab, ki prav tako na prvi pogled deluje nizkokalori&#269;no, saj med sestavinami prevladuje meso in solata. Vendar stvari, ki kebabu podarijo visoko kalori&#269;no vrednost, so dodane omake, ki bi se jih bilo dobro v primeru, da &#382;elimo manj kalori&#269;en prigrizek, odpovedati. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Energetske plo&scaron;&#269;ice<\/h2>\n<p>Energetske plo&scaron;&#269;ice so obogatene s proteini in vlakninami, ki nasitijo na&scaron; &#382;elodec, vendar lahko vsebujejo tudi veliko kalorij. To sicer ne bi bil problem, &#269;e bi z energetsko plo&scaron;&#269;ico nadomestili obrok, vendar ve&#269;ina ljudi ta prigrizek smatra za posladek po ve&#269;jem obroku. &#268;e &#382;e hlasta&scaron; po hitrem posladku, lahko svojo energetsko plo&scaron;&#269;ico mirne du&scaron;e nadomesti&scaron; z majhno &#269;okoladico, saj sta si po kalori&#269;ni vrednosti povsem podobni. Pa vsaj po&scaron;teno u&#382;ivaj ob svojem posladku. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jogurti<\/h2>\n<p>Ta zdrav obrok, ki sicer vsebuje veliko kalcija, je lahko v nekaterih primerih nekaj &#269;isto drugega, kot se zdi na prvi pogled. Mnogo jogurtov je izdelanih iz polnomastnega mleka, tisti sadni pa ve&#269;inoma vsebujejo d&#382;em, ki je poln sladkorja. Zdrav jogurt je tisti, ki vsebuje manj&scaron;i dele&#382; ma&scaron;&#269;obe, sadni jogurt pa si lahko izdela&scaron; kar sama, in sicer z dodatkom sve&#382;ega sadja navadnemu jogurtu. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solate in su&scaron;i<\/h2>\n<p>Zelenjava in ribe zvenijo kot precej zdrav obrok. Problem nastane, ko jim sku&scaron;amo spremeniti okus z raznimi prelivi, ki lahko solato ali su&scaron;i glede kalorij pretvorijo v hamburger.
