Kombinirajte zelenjavo s hrano, ki jo imate radi<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span><span style=\"color: black;\"><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>V omleto vme&scaron;ajte zelenjavo, dodajte malo sira in ostalih za&#269;imb. Pripravite si omako, ki vam je okusna in vanjo pomakajte zelenjavo. Mogo&#269;e imate radi francosko solato, ki pa kot vemo ni ravno zdrava. Zakaj si ne pripravite zdravo francosko solato, v katero lahko vme&scaron;ate veliko zelenjave in bo prav tako zelo okusna. Zamenjajte majonezo z gr&scaron;kim jogurtom.    Veliko tak&scaron;nih in druga&#269;nih kombinacij in mo&#382;nosti, je mo&#269; uporabiti. Tako bo lahko vnos zelenjave, kar naenkrat enostavnej&scaron;i kot sicer.
