Vendar stvar ni tako &#269;rno bela, saj je &#382;e sam pojem <b>zamrznjene hrane<\/b> precej &scaron;irok. Najprej je odvisno, za kak&scaron;no jed sploh gre. <\/p>\n<p>Zamrznjeni cmoki ali &scaron;truklji so vsekakor manj zdravi od sve&#382;e hrane, vendar se tudi ne morejo primerjati z zamrznjeno zelenjavo ali sadjem, ki imata &#382;e sama po sebi ve&#269; vitaminov in vlaknin kot jedi iz testa, pa naj bodo sve&#382;e ali zamrznjene. <b>Zamrznjena hrana <\/b>je pravzaprav nujna v tistem primeru, ko gre za transportiranje in shranjevanje tak&scaron;ne hrane, ki bi sicer, brez ohranja pri zelo nizkih temperaturah, propadla. <\/p>\n<p>Zamrznjeni izdelki pravzaprav omogo&#269;ajo raznovrstno prehrano, saj ponujajo tudi izdelke, ki jih sve&#382;e dobimo le v dolo&#269;eni sezoni, denimo jagode ali borovnice, v zamrznjeni obliki pa lahko v njih u&#382;ivamo skozi celotno leto. Res, da <b>zamrznjena hrana<\/b> izgubi nekaj vitaminov, vendar pa jih ve&#269;ino ohrani, v tako shranjeni obliki pa zdr&#382;i po ve&#269; mesecev.<\/p>\n<h2>Zamrznjena hrana ni slaba sama po sebi<\/h2>\n<p>O prednostih in slabostih <b>zamrznjene hrane<\/b> smo se pogovarjali tudi z nutricionistko Majo Jeereb, ki nam je razlo&#382;ila, v katerih primerih je tak&scaron;na hrana bolj&scaron;a od tropske hrane, ki ima naslednje slabosti: &#8220;Transport iz oddaljenih de&#382;el obi&#269;ajno traja kar dolgo, pri &#269;emer sadje in zelenjava izgubita kar nekaj hranilnih vrednosti, preden pride tak&scaron;no &#382;ivilo na prodajne police, do kupca in nato na na&scaron; kro&#382;nik. Obenem so &#382;ivilom zaradi ohranjanja vrednosti in dolgih transportov dodane kemi&#269;ne snovi, da &raquo;la&#382;e prenesejo&laquo; dolgo pot in &#269;akanje na policah. To so glavni argumenti strokovnjakov, ki zagovarjajo zamrznjeno zelenjavo in sadje.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nutricionistka je opozorila, da <b>zamrznjena hrana<\/b> ni dobra ali slaba sama po sebi, temve&#269; je pri tem pomembno slede&#269;e: &#8220;V kak&scaron;nem stanju je &#382;ivilo (kako sve&#382;e je ob za&#269;etku zamrzovanja, da ni &#382;e dodatno obdelano-blan&scaron;irano), zelo pomembna je vrsta zamrzovanja &#8211; hitro zamrzovanje z du&scaron;ikom je v redu, medtem ko je po&#269;asno zamrzovanje v skrinjah slab&scaron;e, saj &#382;ivila izgubijo veliko ve&#269; vitaminov in mineralov. Pri slednjem membrane &#382;ivil pokajo, zato tudi pri odtajanju nastaja ve&#269; teko&#269;ine in &#382;ivilo ve&#269; izgublja. (Photoxpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Sve&#382;a hrana je bolj&scaron;a od zamrznjene<\/h2>\n<p>V sodobnem &#269;asu je veliko govora o tem, kak&scaron;na je najbolj zdrava hrana, pri &#269;emer se poudarja pomen sve&#382;e, biolo&scaron;ko predelane hrane, <b>zamrznjena hrana<\/b> pa sicer ni tako slaba, za kakr&scaron;no jo ima ve&#269;ina, vendar mora izpolnjevati &#382;e omenjene pogoje. Nem&scaron;ka zdravnica Johanna Budwig poudarja, da je le &#382;iva hrana elektronsko bogata in tako deluje kot zdravilo, kar za <b>zamrznjeno hrano<\/b> ne velja. <\/p>\n<p>Tudi Maja Jeereb je poudarila: &#8220;Jaz osebno sem mnenja, da je najbolj&scaron;e sve&#382;e, lokalno ekolo&scaron;ko vzgojeno sadje in zelenjava, ki je zraslo na &raquo;doma&#269;ih&laquo; tleh (v Sloveniji ali okolici), ki ni prepotovalo celega sveta.&#8221; Dodala je tudi: &#8220;&#268;e bi merili le to,&nbsp; kaj nam poka&#382;ejo naprave, teoreti&#269;no zamrznjena hrana ohrani precej hranilnih vrednosti (izgublja se prete&#382;no vitamin C), ampak ker ljudje razli&#269;no razumemo kaj je za nas zdrava prehrana, so pomembni predvsem tudi drugi dejavniki <\/p>\n<p>Vpra&scaron;ati se moramo, kak&scaron;na je energija &#382;ivila, ki je zamrznjeno: &#8220;Zamrzovanje dejansko spreminja energijo &#382;ivil. Vsako sve&#382;e sadje, pravkar utrgano iz drevesa ali pobrano iz doma&#269;e njive ima &scaron;e veliko &#382;ivljenja v sebi, energije, medtem ko je skuhana, zamrznjena ali kakorkoli obdelana hrana &#8220;mrtva&#8221; hrana. Bistveno je vpra&scaron;anje energije &#382;ivila, ki ga le ta vsebuje, da ima koristi za na&scaron;e zdravje. Priporo&#269;am u&#382;ivanje sezonskega sadja, vseeno pa je v&#269;asih bolj&scaron;e u&#382;ivati tudi zamrznjeno sadje kot pa ni&#269;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Povzetek: Zamrznjena hrana da ali ne?<\/h2>\n<p>Ne gre za preprosto vpra&scaron;anje, zato tudi odgovor ni enozna&#269;en. Vpra&scaron;anje je, za kak&scaron;no vrsto <b>zamrznjene hrane<\/b> gre, saj je zamrznjena cveta&#269;a najverjetneje vseeno bolj&scaron;a in tudi manj kalori&#269;na izbira od denimo hlebca belega kruha, &#269;etudi sve&#382;ega s kru&scaron;ne pe&#269;i.
