Zdravju in srcu koristna so namre&#269; tudi lanena, bu&#269;na in son&#269;ni&#269;na semena.<\/p>\n<h2>Zmernost je klju&#269; do zdravja<\/h2>\n<p>Dr&#382;ati se smernic zdravstvenih organizacij, ki priporo&#269;ajo, da u&#382;ivamo zgolj kak&scaron;na dva neslana ore&scaron;&#269;ka na dan, je seveda prakti&#269;no nemogo&#269;e.
