Veliko ljudi takim govoricam &scaron;e sedaj slepo verjame. &Scaron;e dandanes obstajajo zdravniki, ki svojim klientom zatrjujejo, da ve&#269; kot 2 do 3 jajca na teden niso zdrava. Ali je to res? Jajca vsebujejo rumenjak, za katerega vemo, da je &#382;ivilo z veliko vsebnostjo holesterola.  Ta pa ima neznaten vpliv na holesterol v krvi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Ali jajca res dvigujejo holesterol?<br \/>\n <\/h2>\n<p>Opravljenih je bilo mnogo znanstvenih &scaron;tudij, s katerimi so pri&scaron;li spoznanj, da holesterol, ki ga zau&#382;ijemo s hrano, prakti&#269;no nima vpliva na raven holesterola v krvi. Prav tako pa so dokazali, da ne pove&#269;uje tveganja za nastanek bolezni srca.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Jajca ne pove&#269;ujejo tvegajanj za nastanek bolezni srca<br \/>\n <\/h2>\n<p>9500 zdravih ljudi je sodelovalo v raziskavi, kjer so dnevno zau&#382;ili eno ali dve jajci. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali ravno nasprotje temu, v kar ve&#269;ina slepo verjame. Opravili so preizkus, s katerim so &#382;eleli izvedeti, kak&scaron;en vpliv ima u&#382;ivanje jajc na nastanek bolezni srca. &Scaron;tudija je vklju&#269;evala ve&#269; kot 100.000 zdravih mo&scaron;kih in &#382;ensk,  ki so bili razdeljeni v tri skupine. Prva skupina je morala zau&#382;iti manj kot eno jajce na teden, druga eno jajce na dan, tretja pa ve&#269; kot eno jajce na dan.S &scaron;tudijo so pri&scaron;li do presenetljivih rezultatov in sicer, da koli&#269;ina zau&#382;itih jajc v nobeni od skupin ni imela omembe vrednega vpliva na tveganje za nastanek bolezni srca in pojav mo&#382;ganske kapi.     Najnovej&scaron;e raziskave so celo pokazale, da so<a href=\"record:tt_news:3765\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/RTEmagicC_5948ab6911.gif.gif\" width=\"14\" height=\"10\" alt=\"\"><b>jajca danes bolj zdrava kot neko&#269;<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Izgobajte se nasi&#269;enim ma&scaron;&#269;obam<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"> <\/h2>\n<p>Naj vas opozorim, da velja posvetiti pozornost u&#382;ivanju ma&scaron;&#269;ob.
