Torej obe vrsti mesa sta zdravi, kadar sta pripravljeni na pravi na&#269;in in kadar jima ni dodana kaka mastna ter visokokalori&#269;na omaka. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Katero meso izbrati: puranje ali pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je<\/h2>\n<p>Ponavadi je pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je meso malce cenej&scaron;e od puranjega, vendar pa ima tudi svoje pomanjkljivosti. Seveda puranje meso ni tako so&#269;no ali mehko kot pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je, vendar za to lahko poskrbite s pravo marinado. <\/p>\n<p><b>Kalorije<\/b> &ndash; tisti, ki se ne morejo upreti cvrti hrani, naj raje pose&#382;ejo po puranjem mesu, saj imajo ocvrte puranje prsi polovico manj kalorij kot ocvrte pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je prsi. Enako je v primeru puranjih ali pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;jih beder. V primeru, da ste ljubitelj jeter, pa vam bo morda koristna informacija, da imajo pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;ja jetra manj kalorij.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kalcij <\/b>&ndash; puranje meso je bolj obogateno s kalcijem kot pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je meso. 100 gramov pe&#269;enih puranjih prsi premore 21 miligramov kalcija, 100 gramov pe&#269;enih pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;jih prsi pa 14 miligramov. <\/p>\n<p><b>Vitamini<\/b> &ndash; pribli&#382;no enake koli&#269;ine &scaron;tirih vrst vitamina B (B1, B2, B6 in B12) lahko najdete tako v puranjih prsih in bedrih kot tudi v pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;jih, edino niacina (B3) je v pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;jem mesu znatno ve&#269;, kar je tudi edina mo&#269;no opazna razlika med obema vrstama mesa. Niacin je vitamin, ki v telesu sodeluje v pomembnih presnovnih procesih.<\/p>\n<p><b>Minerali<\/b> &ndash; edina opazna razlika glede mineralov se poka&#382;e pri selenu in cinku, katerih puranje prsi in bedra vsebujejo ve&#269;. <\/p>\n<p><b>Holesterol<\/b> &ndash; puranje in pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je meso brez ko&#382;e vsebujeta manj holesterola kot svinjsko in goveje meso. Prsi brez ko&#382;e vsebujejo manj holesterola kot bedra brez ko&#382;e. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaklju&#269;ek <\/h2>\n<p>Obe vrsti mesa sta zelo zdrava izbira, le pripraviti jih morate na zdrav na&#269;in. Sicer je pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je meso nekoliko cenej&scaron;e, vendar puranje meso ponuja manj kalorij in je odli&#269;en vir selena. Pi&scaron;&#269;an&#269;je meso pa je po drugi strani bolj&scaron;i vir vitamina niacina.
