(Photoxpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Najnevarneje&scaron;e so skrite soli<\/h2>\n<p>Odrasli Slovenci zau&#382;ijemo kar 150 odstotkov ve&#269; soli, kot je zgornja priporo&#269;ena meja za dnevni vnos soli. Mladostniki to mejo prese&#382;ejo za 100 odstotkov, otroci pa za 67 odstotkov. Prekomeren vnos soli kot glavni vir natrija povzro&#269;a povi&scaron;an krvni tlak ter posledi&#269;no tveganje za mo&#382;gansko kap in druge bolezni srca in o&#382;ilja, ki so med najpogostej&scaron;imi vzroki smrti pri nas in v svetu. Najnevarnej&scaron;e so predvsem velike koli&#269;ine skrite soli v mesnih in kru&scaron;nih izdelkih, saj posameznik ne ve, koliko soli je ta dan &#382;e zau&#382;il. <\/p>\n<p>Ministrstvo za zdravje in In&scaron;titut za varovanje zdravja Slovenija sta zato za&#269;ela z veliko akcijo osve&scaron;&#269;anja o nevarnosti prekomernega u&#382;ivanja soli Ne Soli! in med drugim pripravila naslednje tri dnevne jedilnike z manj soli:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Jedilnik z manj soli: Jedilnik z rde&#269;im mesom <\/h2>\n<h2>(2 g natrija oz. 5 g kuhinjske soli)<\/h2>\n<p><b>Zajtrk:<\/b> kos polbelega kruha, skutin namaz z redkvicami (50 g skute 20%, 50 g redkvic, &#382;li&#269;ka olivnega olja) in skodelica zeli&scaron;&#269;nega &#269;aja<\/p>\n<p><b>Dopoldanska malica:<\/b> manj&scaron;i medenjak, lon&#269;ek jogurta 1,5%, 250 g sezonskega sadje<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nKosilo:<\/b> zelenjavna juha, 200 g pire krompirja, 150 g du&scaron;ene govedine s sezonsko zelenjavo, 150 g zeljne solate<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nPopoldanska malica: <\/b>70 g zavitka s sezonskim sadjem<\/p>\n<p><b>Ve&#269;erja:<\/b> 250 g ri&#382;evega narastka z jabolki<\/p>\n<h2>2. Jedilnik z manj soli: Jedilnik z ribami (1,9 g natrija oz. 4,8 g kuhinjske soli)<\/h2>\n<p><b>Zajtrk: <\/b>skodelica &#269;ez no&#269; namo&#269;enih &#382;itnih (ovsenih, je&#269;menovih, r&#382;enih, p&scaron;eni&#269;nih) kosmi&#269;ev s semeni (lan, sezam) in ore&scaron;ki (orehi, le&scaron;niki, mandeljni) &#8211; 75 g kosmi&#269;ev, semen in ore&scaron;kov + 100 g vode, lon&#269;ek sojinega jogurta in skodelica zelenega &#269;aja<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nDopoldanska malica:<\/b> kos koruznega kruha, 100 g paprike, rezina (30 g) sve&#382;ega sira, &#382;li&#269;ka olivnega olja<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nKosilo: <\/b>150 g pe&#269;enih sardelic s 300 g paradi&#382;nikove in &#269;ebulne solate<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nPopoldanska malica: <\/b>200 g sezonskega sadja, 2 polnozrnata pi&scaron;kota<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nVe&#269;erja:<\/b> 200 g pe&#269;ene polente z jaj&#269;evci in 100 g zelene solate<\/p>\n<h2>Jedilnik z manj soli: Jedilnik s stro&#269;nicami (2 g natrija oz. 5 g kuhinjske soli)<\/h2>\n<p><b>Zajtrk:<\/b> 350 g ajdovih &#382;gancev z mlekom<\/p>\n<p><b>Dopoldanska malica:<\/b> polnozrnata &#382;emljica z mehkim kozjim sirom (30 g) in paradi&#382;nikom &#269;e&scaron;njevcem (150 g), jabolko<\/p>\n<p><b>Kosilo:<\/b> kro&#382;nik je&scaron;prenove enolon&#269;nice s sezonsko zelenjavo, krompirjem in fi&#382;olom, 150 g me&scaron;ane solate<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nPopoldanska malica: <\/b>kos r&#382;enega kruha, 250 g solate iz kislega zelja, paradi&#382;nika, zelene paprike z &#382;li&#269;ko kisle smetane in mleto rde&#269;o papriko, zabeljena z &#382;li&#269;ko olja<\/p>\n<p><b>Ve&#269;erja:<\/b> pala&#269;inke z marmelado, prgi&scaron;&#269;e orehov<\/p>\n<p>Ve&#269;
