Ne naro&#269;ite prve stvari, ki vam pade na pamet ali jo zagledate, ampak preu&#269;ite sestavine. Zavedajte se, da je najbolj zdrav preliv tisti z nekaj kisa (zdravilen je denimo&nbsp; balzami&#269;ni) ter olja (npr. nekaj kapljic bu&#269;nega olja), ki ima veliko manj kalorij od redilnih smetanovih polivk. <\/p>\n<p>V primeru, da je na voljo le slednji, osebje prosite, da vam pripravijo solato brez preliva, prav tako jih lahko prosite za obroke z manj olja, za sladico brez &nbsp;dodane smetane ipd. Zraven pijte vodo, saj ima coca cola veliko kalorij, poleg tega pa z njo ne boste resni&#269;no nahranili svojega organizma, temve&#269; vnesli le prazne kalorije.<\/p>\n<h2>Pomembna je tudi koli&#269;ina fast fooda<\/h2>\n<p>Ne spra&scaron;ujte se samo, kaj od fast fooda boste pojedli, ampak tudi koliko. Namesto velike porcije hamburgerja raj&scaron;i naro&#269;ite otro&scaron;ki meni, na koncu pa dobro razmislite, ali zares potrebujete &scaron;e sladico. Odlo&#269;ajte se za manj&scaron;e porcije in obroku nikoli ne dodajajte soli, saj so tamkaj&scaron;nji menuji &#382;e tako zelo soljeni.<\/p>\n<p>&#268;eprav imate radi fast food, vam ta ne bo storil velike &scaron;kode, &#269;e si ga boste privo&scaron;&#269;ili le ob&#269;asno, npr. enkrat ali dvakrat na mesec, ostale dneve pa se boste zdravo prehranjevali. Na obisk fast food restavracij glejte kot na ob&#269;asno prilo&#382;nost, ki pa naj ne postane navada zgolj zaradi dejstva, da se vam doma ne ljubi kuhati. (photoXpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Nekaj idej za doma&#269;i fast food<\/h2>\n<p>Na hitro pripravljene jedi &scaron;e niso nujno nezdrave. Med fast food bi prav tako lahko &scaron;teli razli&#269;ne solate, npr. krompirjevo, me&scaron;ano solato s pustim pi&scaron;&#269;ancem, kumari&#269;no solato z navadnim jogurtom ipd. &#268;eprav so te prigrizki pripravljeni en dva tri, pa so pravzaprav zelo zdravi. Solato polijte z limoninim ali limetinim sokom, ki poleg tega topita ma&scaron;&#269;obe, izogibajte pa se mastnim polivkam in francoski solati, ki je zaradi majoneze in smetane precej redilna.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi hrepenenje po sendvi&#269;u, celo hamburgerju, lahko pote&scaron;ite na zdrav na&#269;in. Namesto belega kruha se raj&scaron;i odlo&#269;ite za polnozrnatega ali pirinega, pa naj bo to toast, &scaron;tru&#269;ka ipd. V svoj sendvi&#269; raj&scaron;i ne nama&#382;ite masla, ki je seveda zelo okusno, vendar boste z njim naredile kar nekaj &scaron;kode svoji postavi.
