(photoxpress)<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><b>Organska <\/b>oziroma <b>ekolo&scaron;ko pridelana hrana<\/b> je tista, ki je bila pridelana brez uporabe sinteti&#269;nih gnojil, genetsko modificiranih organizmov, pesticidov in drugih okolju, &#382;ivalim in ljudem &scaron;kodljivih snovi. Pri vzreji &#382;ivali oziroma pridobivanju &#382;ivalskih produktov (mleko, jajca, mle&#269;ni izdelki, meso,&#8230;) pa ne uporabljajo antibiotikov ali rastnih hormonov. Poznamo tri kategorije <b>organske <\/b>oziroma <b>ekolo&scaron;ko pridelane hrane<\/b>, in sicer:<br \/>\n&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<i><b>100 % bio hrana<\/b><\/i> je tista, ki je iz 100 % bio sestavin;<br \/>\n&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b><i>bio hrana<\/i><\/b> je tista, ki je iz najmanj 95 % bio sestavin;<br \/>\n&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>&nbsp;<i>narejena iz bio sestavin<\/i><\/b><i> <\/i>pa je tista, ki je iz najmanj 70 % bio sestavin, ostalih 30 % sestavin pa ni bilo pridelanih ali pridobljenih z uporabo genetsko spremenjenih organizmov.<\/p>\n<h2>10 razlogov, zakaj jesti bio oziroma ekolo&scaron;ko pridelano hrano<\/h2>\n<p>1. <b>Bio hrana <\/b>ni sestavljena iz koktelja &scaron;kodljivih snovi. Lupina enega jabolka na primer vsebuje kar 20 do 30 strupenih snovi, celo po umivanju!<\/p>\n<p>2. Sve&#382;a <b>bio hrana <\/b>vsebuje do 50 % ve&#269; vitaminov, mineralov, encimov in drugih koristnih organizmov kot pa klasi&#269;no pridelana hrana.<\/p>\n<p>3. Edino s prehranjevanjem z <b>bio hrano <\/b>se lahko izognete u&#382;ivanju genetsko spremenjenih organizmov. Z izogibanjem klasi&#269;no pridelani hrani, ki vsebuje genetsko spremenjene organizme, pa izrazite tudi svoje nestrinjanje z uporabo genetsko spremenjenih organizmov.<\/p>\n<p>4. &#268;e u&#382;ivate mleko in mle&#269;ne izdelke, se morate zavedati, da klasi&#269;no pridobljeno mleko in mle&#269;ni izdelki vsebujejo &scaron;kodljivo me&scaron;anico antibiotikov, rastnih hormonov, zdravil proti zajedalcem in druge snovi, ki jih na dnevni bazi &#382;ivali dobivajo ne glede na to, ali so zdrave ali ne. (Photoxpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>6. <b>Bio hrana<\/b> ima tudi bolj&scaron;i okus, saj je na primer zelenjava pridelana v uravnote&#382;eni zemlji. Priznani kuharji po vsem svetu se zato za svoje gurmanske mojstrovine odlo&#269;ajo za uporabo bio hrane.&nbsp; Na voljo pa je tudi veliko razli&#269;ic sadja in zelenjave &ndash; samo bio krompirja je recimo kar 100 vrst!<\/p>\n<p>7. Pridelovanje<b> bio hrane <\/b>je manj agresivno do okolja in veliko bolj v so&#382;itju z naravo kot pridelovanje obi&#269;ajne hrane. Ni uporabe agresivnih in &scaron;kodljivih umetnih gnojil, &#382;ivali hranijo brez kemi&#269;nih dodatkov, zmanj&scaron;uje pa se tudi onesna&#382;enost pitne vode. <\/p>\n<p>8. <b>Bio hrana<\/b> ni vedno dra&#382;ja kot klasi&#269;no pridelana hrana. Nasprotno, v&#269;asih je lahko celo cenej&scaron;a, na primer organska kava, organski kosmi&#269;i in kruh. &#268;e pa je &#382;e dra&#382;ja, pa morate upo&scaron;tevati, da je za pridelavo <b>Bio hrane<\/b> potrebno ve&#269; dela in truda, da so organske kmetije in farme obi&#269;ajno manj&scaron;e in zato niso tako tr&#382;no orientirane.<\/p>\n<p>9. Intenzivno oziroma klasi&#269;no kmetijstvo slabo vpliva na zdravje kmetovalcev. Ve&#269;ja je mo&#382;nost razvoja rakastih obolenj, bolezni dihal, Parkinsonove bolezni in drugih resnih bolezni. To &scaron;e posebej velja za kmetovalce v dr&#382;avah v razvoju, vendar pa tudi za evro-ameri&scaron;ko obmo&#269;je. <\/p>\n<p>10. U&#382;ivanje <b>bio hrane<\/b> pomeni tudi, da vam je mar za okolje in prihodnost na&scaron;ega planeta.
