(PhotoXpress)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Kruh<\/h2>\n<p>Kruh sam po sebi ni &scaron;kodljiv, problemati&#269;en je zato, ker je nekaterim tako v&scaron;e&#269;, da ga ho&#269;ejo &scaron;e in &scaron;e. Veliko bolje je izbrati rjav, polnovreden ri&#382;, ki bolj nasiti, saj ima tudi precej vlaknin in vitamine, ki so se v procesu bru&scaron;enja ri&#382;a izgubili.<\/p>\n<h2>&bdquo;Nizkokalori&#269;ne&ldquo;, sladice &bdquo;brez sladkorja&ldquo; in z &bdquo;malo ma&scaron;&#269;obe&ldquo;<\/h2>\n<p>Ne zatekajte se k tem re&scaron;itvam &bdquo;nizko&ldquo;, &bdquo;manj&ldquo; in &bdquo;brez&ldquo;, saj vam dajejo potuho, da&nbsp; pojeste veliko ve&#269;, kot bi pojedli, &#269;e bi &scaron;lo za obi&#269;ajno sladico. Kilogrami pa se nabirajo in vam ni jasno, od kod. Bolje je torej tu in tam pojesti majhno, a res slastno sla&scaron;&#269;ico, kot se ves &#269;as po malem basati z napol zadovoljujo&#269;imi, a vseeno zasvajajo&#269;imi nadomestki.<\/p>\n<p>Na veliko presene&#269;enje mnogih pa nekateri <a href=\"record:tt_news:690\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/RTEmagicC_5948ab6911.gif.gif\" width=\"14\" height=\"10\" alt=\"\">ogljikovi hidrati celo kurijo ma&scaron;&#269;obe<\/a>.
