(foto: arhiv Barbare Radojlovi\u010d)<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Gourmet presna hrana je pravo odkritje!<\/h2>\n<p>Obi&#269;ajno si presnojedca predstavljamo kot nekoga, ki grizlja sadje, ore&scaron;ke in navadno zeleno solato. Potem pa pridemo na spletno stran Barbare Radojlovi&#269;, barbarella.si, in smo &#269;isto fascinirani: v svet gurmanske<b> presne hrane <\/b>nas popeljejo &#269;udovite fotografije mojstrsko pripravljenih in dekoriranih jedi, pospremljene z recepti, ob katerih se nam pocedijo sline, da si za&#382;elimo sve&#382;e &scaron;pina&#269;e, so&#269;nih fig, sladkih datljev in sira iz indijskih ore&scaron;&#269;kov. Je mogo&#269;e, da je <b>presna hrana<\/b> tako slastna?<\/p>\n<h2>Kaj pomeni presna hrana?<\/h2>\n<p>Ob protislovju med stereotipno podobo bledega presnojedca ob skledi solate in bogastvom sve&#382;ih okusov, ki ga predstavlja Barbara Radojlovi&#269;, ne moremo mimo vpra&scaron;anja, kaj pravzaprav pomeni <b>presna hrana<\/b>. &bdquo;Med <b>presno hrano <\/b>&scaron;tejemo sve&#382;e, neobdelano sadje, zelenjavo, semena, ore&scaron;&#269;ke, alge, dolo&#269;ena naravno fermentirana &#382;ivila, kal&#269;ke, &#8230; Od klasi&#269;ne prehrane se razlikuje v tem, da ni procesirana, prav tako ni toplotno obdelana (nad 45 stopinj Celzija). Da bi prejeli kar najve&#269; hranil pa morata biti sve&#382;e sadje in zelenjava pridelana &#269;im bolj organsko. <b>Presna hrana<\/b> zaradi priprave, ki nikoli ne presega toplotne obdelave nad 45 stopinj Celzija, vsebuje visoko vsebnost encimov. U&#382;ivanje &#382;ivil z visoko vsebnostjo encimov bistveno pove&#269;a zmo&#382;nosti za zagotovitev optimalnega zdravja. S kuhanjem, pe&#269;enjem in procesiranjem se namre&#269; encimi uni&#269;ijo, prav tako so vitamini, minerali in ostala hranila bistveno ni&#382;ja, kot pri sve&#382;i neobdelani prehrani.&ldquo; Zaradi encimov, ki v toplotno neobdelani, surovi hrani, pre&#382;ivijo, za <b>presno prehrano<\/b> re&#269;emo tudi, da je to &bdquo;&#382;iva hrana&ldquo;. In ko jemo &#382;ivo hrano, smo tudi sami bolj &#382;ivi.<\/p>\n<h2>Kaj so prednosti presne prehrane?<\/h2>\n<p><b>Presna hrana<\/b> ima &scaron;tevilne prednosti, med drugim zagotavlja ve&#269;jo vitalnost, ve&#269; &#382;ivljenjske energije, splo&scaron;no zdravje, pa tudi lepoto. &bdquo;Nepredelana prehrana, v svoji naravni obliki deluje alkalno-bazi&#269;no in vzpostavi pravilni pH v krvi. &#268;e u&#382;ivate &#382;ivila, ki delujejo alkalno, se zelo zmanj&scaron;ajo mo&#382;nosti za razvoj bolezni, v alkalnem stanju se skorajda ne morejo razviti. Seveda je potrebno poskrbeti za harmonijo v na&scaron;em po&#269;utju in se izogibati stresu, vendar se z u&#382;ivanjem &#269;iste nepredelane hrane posledi&#269;no umirijo tudi misli, po&#269;utje se bistveno izbolj&scaron;a. Moje izku&scaron;nje so enkratne, &#269;udovito je, ko se prehranjuje&scaron; zavestno in nima&scaron; nikakr&scaron;ne post-prehranjevalne slabe vesti, temve&#269; nasprotno. Prejema&scaron; veliko energije in se zaveda&scaron;, da ima&scaron; kontrolo nad svojim telesom in zdravjem. &#268;e bi se &#382;eleli prehranjevati 100% presno se je potrebno zelo dobro izobraziti, sicer pa prav vsakomur priporo&#269;am da vnese vi&scaron;ji dele&#382; surovega, neobdelanega sadja, zelenja in zelenjave. S tem boste telesu pomagali pri presnovi, izgubili odve&#269;ne kilograme in izbolj&scaron;ali po&#269;utje.&ldquo; Negativnih vidikov torej prakti&#269;no ni, &#269;e le znamo poskrbeti za pravo ravnovesje.<\/p>\n<h2>\nPonavadi ljudje potrebujejo neko &bdquo;dodatno motivacijo&ldquo;<\/h2>\n<p>Vendar sama vitalnost in lepota za ve&#269;ino ljudi ni dovolj velika motivacija, da bi se za&#269;eli <b>prehranjevati presno<\/b>. Ponavadi se zanjo odlo&#269;ijo &scaron;ele, ko jim gre kaj res narobe: &bdquo;Najve&#269;krat se odlo&#269;ijo zato, ker si &#382;elijo pozdraviti dolo&#269;enih bolezni in si &#382;elijo sami narediti nekaj za to. Sli&scaron;ala sem mnogo &#269;udovitih zgodb&nbsp; ljudi, ki so si pozdravili zelo te&#382;ke bolezni in jim absolutno verjamem. Spet drugi se odlo&#269;ijo, ker so duhovno zelo zreli in si &#382;elijo zavestno prehranjevati. Jaz sem v svoj jedilnik za&#269;ela uvajati visok dele&#382; sve&#382;e neobdelane prehrane pred pribli&#382;no tremi leti, ko sem postala alergi&#269;na na umetne dodatke v prehrani. (foto: arhiv Barbare Radojlovi\u010d)<br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Kako je videti en dan jedilnika presnojedca?<\/h2>\n<p>Ve&#269;ina ljudi se gotovo spra&scaron;uje, kako je vendar videti jedilnik presnojedca. Barbara Radojlovi&#269; nam je zaupala: &bdquo;Zjutraj sem spila pol litrski smoothie pripravljen iz: banan, mandljevega mleka, datljev, surovega kakava, &scaron;pina&#269;e in chia semen. Za malico sem pojedla pol kilograma grozdja. Za kosilo sem si pripravila veliko solato iz lastnega vrta, iz naslednjih sestavin: me&scaron;anica zelene solate (mehka solata, hrastov list, rukola), na drobno nasekljana paprika, &#269;rne in zelene olive, tofu mariniran v &#269;ilijevi omaki, marinirani&nbsp; hrustljavi mandlji, na tanke rezine narezane &#269;rne fige, v dressingu iz drobno narezane sve&#382;e bazilike, olj&#269;nega olja z aromo tartufov ter balzami&#269;nega kisa. Za sladico sem pripravila mini hrustljave mandljeve in figove tarte. Zve&#269;er sem popila koren&#269;kov in ingverjev sok. Trenutno u&#382;ivam v sve&#382;ih figah, figovem sladoledu, mandljevih figovih tartih in vsem, kar je povezano s figami.&ldquo; Sli&scaron;i se naravnost gurmansko, mar ne?<\/p>\n<h2>Najbolj&scaron;e jedi nastajajo spontano<\/h2>\n<p>Navdih za recepte Barbara Radojlovi&#269; dobi v naravi, na potovanjih, v revijah in celo v izlo&#382;bah. &bdquo;V&#269;asih se zbudim pono&#269;i in dobim idejo ki si jo zapi&scaron;em, spet drugi&#269; se spra&scaron;ujem kaj vse bi lahko &scaron;e skombinirala ali ustvarila in odgovore za&#269;enjam videvati tekom dneva, ko se sprehodim po tr&#382;nici&#8230; Najbolj&scaron;e jedi&nbsp; se ustvarijo prav spontano. V&#269;asih moram recepte pripravljati tudi &scaron;tirikrat ali ve&#269;, da so razmerja med sestavinami prava in da je recept uspe&scaron;en.&ldquo;<\/p>\n<p>Barbarina pot <b>presne prehrane<\/b> se je za&#269;ela pred pribli&#382;no tremi leti, kaj kmalu pa se je v tej smeri za&#269;ela tudi resneje izobra&#382;evati, in sicer na seminarjih v Londonu: &bdquo;V Londonu sem pridobila predvsem osnovno znanje kako pripravljati jedi, predvsem pa sem se prepri&#269;ala, da so okusi, ki jih pripravljam, pravi. V Londonu sem dobila tudi inspiracijo, da bi ljudem v Sloveniji na bolj life-style na&#269;in predstavila ta &#269;udoviti na&#269;in prehranjevanja.&ldquo;<\/p>\n<p>Barbara&nbsp;se prehranjuje 80% presno, torej s sve&#382;o in neobdelano hrano, v hladnej&scaron;ih mesecih pa poje tudi kaj kuhanega in pri tem pazi, da izbira polnovredna &#382;ivila brez &#382;ivalskih sestavin. Imeti dru&#382;abno &#382;ivljenje kot presnojedec je morda sicer malo te&#382;je, saj v restavracijah nimajo prave ponudbe sve&#382;e surove hrane. &bdquo;Verjamem v ravnovesje in dajem prednost dobremu po&#269;utju. Zato &#382;elim da mi prehranjevanje na povzro&#269;a preve&#269; stresa in se temu primerno tudi prilagodim. Na zabavah in ve&#269;erjah si tako izberem tisto, za kar menim, da je zame najbolj&scaron;e. Za potovanje si vedno pripravim dolo&#269;ene jedi, ki jih lahko nesem s seboj, sadje in zelenjava pa sta tako vedno in povsod na voljo. Pri obisku rojstnega dne se zelo rada anga&#382;iram in pripravim sladico, ki je vedno zelo dobro sprejeta,&ldquo; je povedala Barbara. (foto: arhiv Barbare Radojlovi\u010d)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Recept za mandljeve in figove tarte<\/h2>\n<h3>Sestavine za tart<\/h3>\n<p>3\/4 skodelice drobno nasekljanih mandljev<br \/>\n&frac34; skodelice izko&scaron;&#269;i&#269;enih mehkih datljev ( drobno nasekljani)<br \/>\n2 J&#381; akacijevega medu<br \/>\nPo potrebi voda za konsistenco<\/p>\n<h3>Sestavine za kremni nadev<\/h3>\n<p>&frac12; skodelice indijskih ore&scaron;&#269;kov<br \/>\n1\/2 skodelice kokosovega mleka<br \/>\n2 J&#381; agavinega sirupa<br \/>\n2 J&#381; akacijevega medu<br \/>\n&Scaron;&#269;epec vanilije v prahu<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Sestavine za figov preliv<\/h3>\n<p>4 srednje velike, zrele in sladke temne fige<br \/>\n2 J&#381;&nbsp; agavinega sirupa<br \/>\n2 J&#381; akacijevega medu<br \/>\nSok pol stisnjene pomaran&#269;e<br \/>\n&Scaron;&#269;epec cimeta v prahu<\/p>\n<h3>Priprava<\/h3>\n<p>1. Vse sestavine za Tart zme&scaron;ajte v sekljaniku, da dobite lepljivo maso podobno testu<\/p>\n<p>2. Maso polo&#382;ite v tart model, ki ste ga prej ovili s plasti&#269;no folijo ter ne&#382;no potiskajte s prsti, da naredite obliko tarta. Po&#269;asi odstranite plasti&#269;no folijo z maso od model&#269;ka za tart in tarte polo&#382;ite v su&scaron;ilec. Po&#269;asi su&scaron;ite&nbsp; pri temperaturi 45 stopinj Celzija, pribli&#382;no 24 ur ali ve&#269;, da dose&#382;ete hrustljavost tartov. <\/p>\n<p>3. Vse sestavine za kremni nadev zme&scaron;ajte v mo&#269;nem blenderju, da dobite gladko, kremno maso. Kremno maso razma&#382;ite po dnu hrustljavih tartov.<\/p>\n<p>4. Vse sestavine za figov preliv zme&scaron;ajte v sekljalniku in sladkajte po svojem ob&#269;utku. Figov preliv dodajte na vrh tarta in nato okrasite s sve&#382;e narezanimi figami, robido ter drobno nasekljano meto. <\/p>\n<p>5. &#268;e &#382;elite jesti nekoliko tople tarte, jih polo&#382;ite v su&scaron;ilec za par ur.
