Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Jejte v dru&#382;inskem krogu<\/h2>\n<p>Otroku dajte zgled pri prehrani; naj vas vidi, kako jeste zdravo hrano, ki jo mora jesti tudi sam. Kadar otrok s tekom poje kaj zdravega ali poskusi kaj novega, ga pohvalite. Otroci si pogosto vzamejo kar nekaj &#269;asa, da se na okus neke hrane navadijo. Obrok naj bo spro&scaron;&#269;en in prijeten dogodek.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Otrok naj se sam odlo&#269;i, koliko bo pojedel<\/h2>\n<p>Hrano, ki jo mora otrok pojesti, seveda izberite vi, vendar ne vztrajajte pri tem, da mora pojesti vse, kar je na kro&#382;niku. Otroka ne silite s hrano, ki mu ne ugaja, poskusite pa jo druga&#269;e pripraviti ali druga&#269;e servirati. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>3. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Poskrbite, da bo otrokova prehrana uravnote&#382;ena<\/h2>\n<p>Pri prehrani svojega otroka upo&scaron;tevajte prehranjevalno piramido; otroku zagotovite hrano iz vseh skupin: kvalitetne ogljikove hidrate (v polnozrnatih &#382;itaricah), sadje in zelenjavo, mle&#269;ne izdelke, beljakovine &#382;ivalskega in rastlinskega izvora, sla&scaron;&#269;ice in sladki napitki pa naj bodo na jedilniku otroka &#269;immanj pogosto. <\/p>\n<h2>4. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Trije obroki in dve malici<\/h2>\n<p><b>Otro&scaron;ko prehrano<\/b> razdelite na pet obrokov, torej tri glavne obroke in dve malici. Pri glavnem obroku naj bi otroku ponudili dve jedi, za malico pa izbirajte zdrave, hranljive jedi.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Omejite nezdravo hrano<\/h2>\n<p> Ocvrta, pohana, zelo slana in mastna hrana ter sladice naj bi bili na otrokovem jedilniku &#269;immanjkrat. Izogibajte se mo&#269;no predelani hrani, sladkim sokovom, gaziranim pija&#269;am. Otrok naj nikoli ne pije kave ali pravega &#269;aja in pod nobenim pogojem alkohola.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Poskrbite, da bo otrok dovolj pil<\/h2>\n<p>Otroku zagotovite &scaron;est do osem kozarcev (100-120 ml) teko&#269;ine na dan. Najbolj&scaron;a je seveda navadna voda, sprejemljivi so tudi sve&#382;i, nesladkani sokovi ali zeli&scaron;&#269;ni &#269;aj. Otrok naj se &#269;imprej navadi piti iz kozarca, ne iz stekleni&#269;ke.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Pravilo za prehrano otrok: Otroka nikoli ne nagrajujte s hrano<\/h2>\n<p>Sla&scaron;&#269;ice ali hitra hrana ne smejo biti nagrada za va&scaron;ega otroka. Otroku ponudite hranljive sla&scaron;&#269;ice s &#269;immanj sladkorja, po mo&#382;nosti s polnozrnato moko in sve&#382;im sadjem. Lepo vedenje ali dose&#382;ke nagrajujte vedno s pohvalo, igro, pogovorom, izletom ali branjem.<\/p>\n<p>Da bodo otroci dobro jedli, potrebujejo dvanajst ur spanja in vsaj eno uro aktivne igre dnevno;
