Za\u010dnite po\u010dasi! \u010ce niste nikoli telovadili, ne morete za\u010deti s programom, kot ga imajo profesionalni \u0161portniki. Dobro je, \u010de poznate svojo telesno pripravljenost in jo s\u010dasoma skozi treninge izbolj\u0161ujete. Vendar ne pozabite, celoten proces traja nekaj \u010dasa, zato se veselite vsakega napredka.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>IZBIRA VADBE<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri izbiri vadbe je pomembnih ve\u010d dejavnikov, kot so va\u0161i cilji, imate raje skupinsko ali individualno vadbo, va\u0161a za\u010detna fizi\u010dna pripravljenost in morda najpomembnej\u0161a za dolgoro\u010dno vztrajanje \u2013 katera vadba vas veseli. \u010ce si boste izbrali vadbo, ki vas ne veseli in se vam upira, boste zelo hitro odnehali. Zato je potrebno dobro premisliti, preden si kupite telovadno opremo oziroma letno karto. Vsaki\u010d, ko vr\u017eete pu\u0161ko v koruzo, vam bo \u0161e te\u017eje ponovno za\u010deti. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>PREHRANA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ker pa za zdravje in dobro po\u010dutje ni dovolj le telesna aktivnost, poskrbite tudi za svojo prehrano. Poleg polnovrednih obrokov je pomembna predvsem prehrana okoli treninga. Ne trenirajte s polnim \u017eelodcem, saj vam lahko postane slabo, tudi trening ne bo u\u010dinkovit. Prav tako ne telovadite s praznim \u017eelodcem, saj boste \u0161ibki, trening zopet ne bo u\u010dinkovit, va\u0161e misli pa bodo ves \u010das pri oblo\u017eeni mizi. Najbolje je jesti 1 \u2013 2 uri pred vadbo. Prav tako je pomemben obrok neposredno po treningu. Va\u0161e telo bo iz\u010drpano, tako da ga je potrebno nahraniti, da se bo optimalno regeneriralo. Priporo\u010dljivo je, da takoj po treningu popijete <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gorilla-labs.eu\/11-izdelki\/28-whey.html\">napitek iz sirotkinih beljakovin<\/a><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kar prakticira ve\u010dina profesionalnih in rekreativnih \u0161portnikov.
