Dr\u017ei,<strong> mo\u017eganska kap<\/strong> je predvsem bolezen starej\u0161ih mo\u0161kih, a ko si statistike ogledam podrobneje, je mo\u017eganska kap zelo pogosta \u017ee pri starosti, ki je danes ne bi ravno ocenili kot starost. Pravzaprav imajo takrat glede na dana\u0161nji \u017eivljenjski stil mo\u0161ki \u0161ele 20-letne otroke. \u010ce smo stari 20 let je statisti\u010dna mo\u017enost, da bomo zboleli za mo\u017egansko kapjo 1 : 20.000; \u010de smo stari 50 let, je ta mo\u017enost 1 : 1.000 in \u010de smo stari 80 let, je ta mo\u017enost 1 : 50. Na to, ali bomo ravno mi tisti, ki bomo do\u017eiveli mo\u017egansko kap, vsekakor lahko vplivamo \u017ee sedaj, ko smo mladi, in sicer tako, da se izogibamo kajenju, kroni\u010dnemu stresu, ve\u010djim koli\u010dinam alkohola, skrbimo za zdrav nivo holesterola v telesu in ohranjamo zdravo telesno te\u017eo. Klju\u010dni<strong> dejavniki tveganja<\/strong> ob vseh na\u0161tetih so sicer \u0161e vi\u0161ja starost, sr\u010dni infarkti, kapi v dru\u017eini, alkoholizem, sladkorna bolezen in tudi nekatere droge, kot sta kokain in amfetamini.<\/p>\n<h2>S hrano proti mo\u017eganski kapi<\/h2>\n<p>Ustrezna prehrana je zdravilo za marsi katero bolezen in ni\u010d druga\u010de ni tudi pri mo\u017eganski kapi. Preostali odstotek kapi nastane zaradi krvavitve iz po\u0161kodovanih \u017eil.<\/p>\n<h2>Kak\u0161ni so simptomi mo\u017eganske kapi?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Simptomi <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mo%C5%BEganska_kap\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">mo\u017eganske kapi<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong> so najpogostej\u0161i prvih nekaj minut in se ka\u017eejo ko motnje zavesti (omoti\u010dnost, zmedenost, sopor, nezavest, koma), v huj\u0161ih primerih nastopi v nekaj minutah smrt zaradi odpovedi dihanja, drugi simptomi so \u0161e bruhanje, slabost, vrtoglavica, motnje ravnote\u017eja in koordinacije, pa tudi \u0161ibkost ali nezmo\u017enost gibanja udov in obraza. V\u010dasih so simptomi mo\u017eganske kapi tako blagi, da je ne prepoznamo takoj. Ka\u017ee se namre\u010d v obliki mravljin\u010denja, motnjah govora, te\u017eavah pri po\u017eiranju ali kot izpad vida v enem ali obeh o\u010desih.<\/p>\n<h2>Prva pomo\u010d pri mo\u017eganski kapi<\/h2>\n<p>Dovolj hitra prva pomo\u010d je pri mo\u017eganski kapi klju\u010dnega pomena, saj lahko zdravniki pomagajo z zdravili le v prvih treh urah po moganski kapi. Mnogo bolnikov k zdravniku pride prepozno, saj tako bolniki kot njihovi bli\u017enji ne prepoznajo\u00a0simptomov mo\u017eganske kapi.Naravnost zastra\u0161ujo\u010d je podatek, da kar 70 odstotkov bolnikov prispe v bolni\u0161nico prepozno.
